Failed 4 motor intake 

The brain probably logs off because the roller has 4 motors running it, and because it clogs, the 4 motors undergo stress, lots of it, leading to the brain glitching out to prevent dangerous damage.

Use amp sensing on motors to cut some off or throttle them down before spinning backwards or pausing them?

We hav this problem with our dt motors rn lol. Havent tried fixing yet tho coz waiting for new motors to see if that will fix the problem

It disconnected because of a wire. This happened with us the bar was hitting wires and the wires hit the button.

If you move the brain down by half a slot, it will not turn off. I think it turned off for you due to excessive vibrations or bar hitting power buttons

Why fifth intake? It decreases intake performance, I think you can prob do 4 like cyberspacers

this has happened to me a couple of times but its only with a very bad/old battery or smth so change the battery i guess?
