Sir one can loose weight definetely in 1 month etc but with this diet u will gain weight again in 20 25 days again. Roti poha should be there in moderation wth exercise so as to be fit for years and for a longer time. This diet is nt suatainable for a longer time . More importantly u cant leave roti and ricr for life as we are indians. I lost weight by leaving roti and rice only to gain weight again in 1 month .

बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद sir, जादुई डाइट के लिए।मैं जोधपुर से हु,और 26 मई को मैंने आपका लगभग 1 घण्टे का जादूई डाइट का वीडियो देखा,उसी दिन से मैंने ईमानदारी से आपकी डाइट को फॉलो किया और 26 जून को मेरा weight 87 से 78 पर आ गया,यानी 9 kg कम हो गया।मैं आपका जितना भी धन्यवाद दू कम है, दूसरे महीने मैंने हर weak 1 kg के हिसाब से 5 kg कम किया,और आज 73 पर हूं, आपके कारण ही असम्भव कार्य सम्भव हो गया,मैने gym, diet, निम्बू,शहद और गर्म पानी पूरे साल पिया,और भी पता नही बहुत कुछ किया,लेकिन इतना जल्दी और इतना पेट भर कर खाने के बाद भी जो कम हुआ है, वो तो वाकई jaduuuu है।many many thanx🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Cut outside & high calorie foods like Vada pav, samosa, kachori, chinese fried items, deep fried items, non veg, eggs, excessive ghee, avoid all artificial sugary items like sweets & biscuits,party & wedding foods, bread (maida) items, cakes, pastries, creamy milk they all are high calorie items and yield nothing but temporary taste

Hello Sir, maine bhi aaj se Jaadoo Diet shuru kar di hai mera Weight 97 hai ab dekhta hu properly diet follow kar ke, yoga kar ke aur day night walk kar ke kitna weight girta hai. Sir main apko apni pics bhejunga kam kar ke kam se kam 20 kg. Bahut bahut dhanyawaad Sir aapka, aapke samjhne ka tareeka ek dam super hai specially aapki smile...... 😍😍

Thank u sir. Mai pichle 2 month's se deiting kar rahi hu wajan kam hi nahi huwa. Abhi aapka video dekhi toh idea aayi ki mai anaj band kardu. Mai breakfast mai fruits leti hu . Lunch mai ek ragi ki roti with ghar mai bana jo bhi salan ho. Aur dinner mai kuch bhi salad ya soup.aur intimating deit karti hu. 16 8 wala

डॉक्टर साहब मैंने सलाद खा कर देखा लेकिन सलाद से पेट नहीं भरा तो रात में 11:00 बजे तक भूख पुनः लगने लगी और पेट भरा ना होने के कारण सुबह ठीक से फ्रेश भी नहीं हो पाते

@@sizzlingschumi9005 I avoided oil. breakfast only salad. Stop eating packed food roti. rest whatever he explained. Now i reached to 11 kg. Hopefully I will reach to 88 by the 2 more months.

@@Nishasingh-sm7do mam mene jo follow kiya wo bata raha hu. Salad 2 bar = tamatar kheera muli gajar Roti 2 din and do raat Sabji only jo cooker me bana sake. Kadai wali me oil jyda use hota. Rice boiled. But roti ya rice dono nahi. Dahi Packets wali all items band kar di mene. Boiled egg white Sprout moong ki daal wale ek packet. Cheeni kam Extra mitha items band. Ab mera weight 93 pe atak gaya hai kyuki mene thodi cheating shuru kar di. But 93 fir bhi better hai 112 se. Starting me weight bahut teji se kam hua tha. But uske baad process thoda slow ho gaya. Abhi bhi follow kar raha hu bus kabhi kabhi cheating kar leta hu.

@@ArkjaTiwari नीतू जी मैं सुबह 6 बजे उठ कर 7 बजे से 40मिनट से 1 घंटे exercise करता हूँ उसके बाद 1 घंटा walk करता हूँ उसके बाद कुछ फ्रूट खाता हूं 12 बजे करीब में 2 रोटी और दाल (बिना आयल डाल के) फिर 5 बजे ग्रीन टी उसके बाद एक्सरसाइज 1 घंटे उसके बाद घर आ के कुछ सलाद और 8 pm पे सलाद के साथ 2 रोटी खाने के बाद 30मिनट walk

Calories deficit me rah Kar khana chahiye weight Kam ho jayega Maine San kuch kha Kar apna weight Kam Kiya hai,limit se zyada kuch bhi khate Hain to weight badhta hi badhta hai agar fruits bhi zyada khaye jayen tab bhi weight badhega
