In the 9 games he’s played this year so far he’s averaging 1-3 errors per game. Not to mention his goal kicking costing some tight games.

Apparently has changed his kicking style and the tee he's used, but 9 rnds in and surly it was something that didn't need to be fixed when he was going well at beginning of his career

Agreed, the game has passed griffin by. He's to defensive and statistic orientated. He's whole coaching style is safe with little attacking flare. We are no threat to most sides in attack.

I know Zac through Business College (part of their Program) and he's the same as me. Very intelligent but when you are in a situation where you do as you're told, then what else can you do? If I were him, I would stay. Poor culture starts at the top and once you experience the poorest culture it can only go up from there.

Suli has been better then Lomax this season, he runs the ball harder, better defensively and passes to his wingers. Lomax needs to fix his errors and he’ll be alright
