👨 ABOUT THE CHANNEL:
Hi I'm Shaun Jones. I am a personal trainer, gym owner & martial arts enthusiast. I started lifting weights so I could add more size and strength to my frame to help with the grappling aspect of fighting. I then developed a passion for strength training and coaching others to do the same. I now upload daily content to this youtube channel to help educate others on martial arts, self defense, awareness, fitness & overall provide social commentary in hope I can help a few people who need it.
