I've been in in-person interviews where interviewers ask "How would you approach problem X?" This is fine one time, but when other interviewers pose the exact same question, you get the idea that they need to solve problem X and they're using interviews to fish for ideas.

"This happens very very often, more often than people realize." This is why Real ID, SSI numbers, and other info should never be used for jobs, rentals, banks, driver's licenses, mortgages, your phone.... All of this has put Americans at the mercy of scammers both foreign and domestic. They've been doing it for years, and nothing will change until you do something about it.

My business has a lot of sketchy folks that rip people off. I help people when I can (I've only got one good arm now) and tell people when shops are trying to take them for a ride. People should be aware. There is a lot of corp layoffs recently. Lots of people looking for work. If its too good to be true. Then its probsbly is. Also, no company ask your bank accout info unless you are hired. When you are in interview stage, search up the company you got the position for and talk to someone on the company first. Work at home jobs are the most vulnerable.

You get the job by phone call. No face to face application. They text or email you a link. Asks for everything, SSN, bank deposit number etc etc.
