1:20 the first run is actually a common set seed Speedrun, the item frame means he obviously tinkered with it, but this seed is used in set seed runs. I obviously don't know what he was saying it was or the backstory behind it but it's over exaggerated how fake it was by the original RU-vidr, the only thing is the item frame. And the creative part which makes me thing it's a joke.

Hack to find a notch apple easily. Step 1: Find a ruined portal Step 2: Double click the LMB on the chest Step 3:Run around the left side edge of the portal Step 4:Stand on top of the chest and double click the lmb and do a 360 turn on the same place Step 5:Repeat step 4 again Step 6:Repeat step 4 again but do not do a 360 turn Step 7:Jump in to the lava next to the ruined portal Step 8: Get out of the lava and put the fire out Step 9:Stand on a magma block and hurt yourself 5 times by the magma block Step 10: Open the chest an there will be a notch apple I have never tried this so I am not sure about this I recently found out this hack, but please try it in your hardcore world I recommend you to try it

In the speedrun at 5:33 with the acacia village, the first house he found diamonds in also had a filled-in floor. Real versions of those houses have a block missing behind the door. That could just be on bedrock, I don't know, but it looks pretty sus.

About the diamonds in the villager chest. That actually happened to me today. It was a desert village and I found a chest with 4 diamonds. Never happened to me before and I was very happy.

If your want to react to more fake speed runs then I advice to react to Camdeeno, which creates fake hilarious and curse minecraft speed runs showcases, playing the fake speedrun clips! They are almost like compilations in a way. 😃

There are preloaded worlds that you can join you know where you type in a random seed number well on the right of that there's like a little arrow and you can go to different maps I don't know if it works in Java but it works in bedrock there's a savannah or it's called sunflower fields there's a mansion one the deep dark one is one of the new ones also Cherry Grove is one of the new ones these are just preloaded seeds maps that you can go to and they have village ones so yes you can legitimately spawn at a village

In the blacksmith you can legitimately get diamonds but they are rare they only normally come with one two tops I've played different Minecraft worlds on survival no cheat I put it on easy I don't do speed runs I like to slow play you know just enjoy actually playing Minecraft without having to try to get everything done real quick and when I play I feel like I'm more of a nomad every night sleeping in a different place and it takes me a long time to find my permanent home my favorite place is the plains biome but now it's hard to find with the caves and cliffs update.
