The water sounds takes me back 20 years to my first apartment. There was a fountain on 24/7. I lived alone and renters could not have pets of any kind. The fountain's sounds helped me feel less lonely, helped me pray and study the Word and sleep peacefully at night. Thank you Friend

Thank you for making this music. I have not been sleeping well at night. I have a lot of internal stress as of late. I was able to fall asleep and feel peace with this music. Thank you stress anxiety keep me from sleeping a good night then I'm back up at 4am for work till 4pm home by 5 in bed by 8 but can't sleep till 11pm just to start the whole procedure over again 😔

The continual sloshing sound of a flowing river reminds me of my youthful days in Kalayaan, Laguna where I enjoyed wading and playing with the small fishes and aquatic insects through the waters as my aunt was busy washing clothes by the riverbank. Then, when its time for bed, I could still feel the sensation of the flowing waters on my legs, as the crickets lull me to sleep. Happy memories indeed. :)

Hermosa música relajante. Necesito salir del stress , si me siento angustiada. Si saliendo de un amor que realmente no se que pasó. Y problemas estoy deseando salir tengo más fuerzas. This really helps me sleep and feel relaxed amd helps me fall asleep faster. I plan on medotating for at least 20 minutes every night before i sleep. Last night it helped me fall asleep really fast into a deep sleep and i woke up earlier than i usually do but felt much more rested. I highly recommend.

El miércoles por la mañana colocamos en medio vaso de agua el número de granos de arroz de acuerdo al número de kilos que deseamos perder, sin sobrepasar la cantidad, tapamos el agua y por la noche nos bebemos el agua dejando los granitos de arroz; agregamos nuevamente medio vaso de agua, tapamos y dejamos reposar. Jueves por la mañana, bebemos el agua dejando de nuevo el arroz en el fondo del vaso, volveremos a colocar medio vaso de agua sobre el arroz, tapamos bien. El viernes por la mañana bebemos el agua con todo y el arroz. En los 3 días procuraremos que lo último que bebamos antes de dormir sea agua natural o té o café pero sin azúcar. No sobrepasaremos el número de granos de arroz porque ese peso no se vuelve a recuperar. Confiaremos plenamente en esta dieta sin hacer nada diferente con nuestra alimentación excepto lo del agua al final del día, y eso es todo, compartimos esta receta con tantas personas como sea procurando igualar la cantidad de personas que la reciban con los kilos que deseamos perder, y lo haremos antes de comenzar con este método. Comparto por aquí porque mi face está bloqueado de momento,
