That's awesome to hear, sounds like ya got the muskie bug lol. Man I gotta get back out there, musky tend to keep getting bigger and bigger as the cold temperatures set in, I just did a shift change going from mornings to graveyard, sucks! I'll find a way, awesome man, props!

For sure, musky will bite all the way to ice out, just gotta find the days they're feeding.

Hahaha glad ya liked that chunk, that cat fought almost as good as the musky until its head popped out, great fighters! Yes sir, persistence is key with musky, gotta try wide variety of baits and change up your spots, what worked last year may not work this year!

No kidding, yeah I hadn't seen a pike for miles in this area, keep at it. Persistence is key with musky, sometimes need a little wind to get them to bite.

Thats awesome Frank, I heard others saying spring and summer fishing was a bit tough, Fall is always a good time to capitalize on a shitty summer to make up for it. I made up for it with the musky... still a lot of good musky fishing left...

Awesome man, just remember ya don't have to get baitcaster combo, spinning works just fine, especially to start off with. I'm planning to get a 400 daiwa prorex soon though to throw pounders. Any questions don't be afraid to ask, musky definitely a lot different than any species in the lake... Sounds good!

Conditions sometimes gotta be just right Natalio, little chop and wind helps. I caught some on sunny days with little chop on the water... I went out there when water was glass, complete overcast, and didn't get not one musky after like 6 hours of casting with mini medussa. With throwing a Mag or Pounder Bulldawg you're probablyg less likely to catch the 30-40 inch musky, more likely to catch 50 inch musky though, which will probably take even more time put in to catch a musky that size and takes a lot more mental focus. Why I like throwing smaller rubber and other smaller lures at times, because 30-40 inch musky still lot of fun to catch. Don't get me wrong, I'm honestly ready to start throwing a regular size medussa or pounder/mag after catching all these smaller musky, I would of ordered a pounder rod weeks ago, industry is all out of the 9' 6" rods because they're a hot commodity now. I want a 9' 6" because my SuperHawk is a deep-V and sits higher up in the water, make doing figure 8 a lot easier.
