@@arthurvandelay. Hehe. Wonderful idea but practically a bit of a pain to do ... emptying my whole inventory except for dynamite and doing that so many times for each kid, plus i doubt i'd be able to find enough dynamite for all of them or even half of them. With the restoration project i just get the orphanage quest done asap so they're removed from the streets.
