This aesthetic is dope. Probably the closest we can get to Cooper’s look with mods as of right now. For anyone needing a general idea of perks needed for the build, obviously get Gunslinger from the Agility tree and spec heavily into the VATS and Critical Hit perks like Better Criticals, Critical Banker, Four Leaf Clover, and Grim Reaper’s Sprint from the Luck tree for that crack shot feel. Gun Fu from the Agility tree would be nice too, but it requires a very high Agility stat, so that probably won’t be until later. Then from there I’d probably invest a good bit into several perks from the Endurance tree like Life Giver, Toughness, Adamantium Skeleton, Ghoulish, etc, as Cooper in the show is highly impervious to many forms of damage. Also pick up the Cannibal perk from that same tree, because as we know, Cooper eats people, at least dead ones. Pick up Gun Nut from the Intelligence tree to mod your weapons and Lone Wanderer from the Charisma tree for several useful bonuses when traveling alone or with Dogmeat, which will essentially be all the time with this playstyle. Then finally I’d probably spec a little bit into Charisma to capture Cooper’s charm and to help with haggling on your bounties, and pick up the Rifleman perk from the Perception tree for the extra flavor. From what we’ve seen, Cooper mostly uses his revolver as his main weapon, but he does occasionally swap to his lever action rifle/shotgun on his back, so this perk will represent that. At some point you’re also going to want to dump your spare points into getting a high Perception stat once you’ve picked up your other essential perks, because a high Perception stat increases your VATS hit chance.

I've downloaded the third person animation mod and my character seems to glitch out and reach for the grip with his left hand after firing. I can't get it to look like yours where he only fires holding the pistol with one hand :(

For the sound... You could train an AI using the audio voices from the show (a lot of work, I know) and replicate his voice.

no matter what I do he always two hands teh sidearm. he'll one hand all the other pistols and such, but not the MTs
