They're always two ways to go when building a settlement. You can either go big or small and very detailed. I love how this settlement took the small and detailed approach and really pays off.

I applaud your resolve in placing all those pieces. Placing lots of things is fine, but placing them meticulously in the right spots to make the whole thing work is true talent.

A phenomenal amount of work has gone into this! I realize a lot of mods and add-ons have been used, but they've been used brilliantly. One of the coolest custom builds I've ever seen. I doff my Formal Hat to you, sir! 🙂

Brilliantly done! Love the junky, scrappy details. The bookcases tucked into the wall edge piece, wish I'd thought of that for my build. Also, that Armory with the rolling shutter and doors, that looks fantastic. Well done!

Just saw this and wow, very cool. The flow feels very logical from surface down to the power armor room. The water tank and the machine shop and hidden subbasement are all very cool. Great design. Nice decorations.

I think the individual special bunkers with perpetual power, air circulation, and self relishing water, and food supplies might be the realistic vaults of the righ and famous. As such there should be lots of them in certain places. But the idea of sponing powered armor, or vehicles is a interesting gamer idea.

Genuinely one of the coolest builds I've seen. Channel deserves more views. Could u post a list of some of the building mods u use? Looking for suggestions

How did you build this? Did you artificially raise the terrain? The cave under the ruins certainly isn't large enough to hold all this (also, fantastic work 😊😊)

Cool. I made one with no mods where the entrance is in the hole under the truck trailer. I even have 4 settlers living sleeping and working underground. Sometimes they walk on map, sometimes under.😂❤ For everyone who wants to build underground with no mods, place a nukacola crafting station on any floor and place any sinkable stairs just a bit sunken close enough to the floor that it will all be picked up. Pick all up, sink through floor, use craft station, exit. Congratulations you are now underground or stuck or it didn't work. Leave your companion above ground if you plan on going further then 1 down under. Enjoy..

Nice bunker, a little craped and then there's that weird wind sound you wouldn't hear once you left the surface of the first floor. Aside from that, nicely built. You power armor bay could have been a little bigger.

I may have to steal this idea. I love how everything seems built into the walls. Only problem is that you left the door open up top. Now you gotta end anyone who followed you in.

One thing about Bethesda? Fallout 3 was absolutely awesome... and Fallout 4 just fine tuned it to perfection... It just did.

hello Since I mostly build large buildings like castles or villages, I think that small buildings like this are also quite good. The glass floor is a pretty good idea. Thank you for the great idea.

I love the armoury section... very cool build indeed.

I'm curious about your design process - did you have a basic layout in mind, placing major items and letting them dictate room sizes, or did you create the rooms first and put what would fit in each? I found myself nodding agreement at being first puzzled, then appreciating that you placed the water purifier off the bathroom - makes perfect logical sense. And that lowest-level armory room, just wow, and having the map on the wall, now you're just rubbing it in. I'll probably never sink the time into such a creation, but can fully appreciate what it takes to get there. With the TV show coming, maybe.... just maybe, we'll get an upgraded (and debugged... hah) version from Bethesda.

This video would have been so much better with a narrator explaining what we were seeing and explained how things were placed.

As an Xbox player I doubt I'll see this on Bethesda net since we don't have the settlement transfer mod, but if there's anyway to turn most of that into static as an independent player home mod, I'd love to see it on Xbox. Coastal Cottage is always such a hassle to build anything proper there, and a cozy little place like this feels perfect, I'm just concerned about the Mirelurks that are here by default before discovering the place. Will they spawn in the ground or something?

I love that the house is not in one of the usual places, and that the top area is a run down shack. Really good hiding of the location of the door to the underground too. Did you happen to create this? (nm, read the post) You did a really nice job with the placement of the items. I used to have Elenora's homes, but took all my mods off since I've been focused on 76. I want to get back into 4, but I can no longer recall how to properly Mod my games. Meh.

A couple of traded tracked 1950 cars powered by nuclear power. Like the 1950 Ford car that was denied for manufacturing. Should exzist. Possibly coal,or charcoal burning busses. Or steam rail roads. There's to much walking for a saposedly tec advanced society.

This is just jaw dropping. I am curious how you got so much room below ground level. The hole at the back of the cottage isn't that big. Did you build the ground up higher, or is there a special mod at play here?

Dude, I have over 3,000 hrs in this game; I hate Coastal Cottage 'cause you can't really do anything with it; I always have people I don't like stay there, and then never visit even when they are attacked; that's how much I hate that place. I loot everything, and search everything but as I said: I hate that place; worse than Jamaica Plain and I never even knew that bunker was there. Never cared to know 'cause how awful that settlement is.
