Fallout 4 - Kingsport Lighthouse Detailed Tour 

I always love the fallout boy thumbnail peaking over the wall like attack on titan funny as hell.

“Toilet”, approved!! Indoor toilets are important because deathclaws hide in outhouses at night. Boston is quite chilly after dark, and being reptiles, deathclaws are drawn to the warmth of the decaying sewage. When a settler scurries to an outhouse late at night and yanks the door open, it can result in quite the unpleasant surprise for both parties involved, as deathclaws get quite put out at having their sleep disturbed. And the settler, regardless of how the encounter plays out, certainly won't be needing the outhouse any longer. Thus it quickly became common practice in the years after the Great War to make it top priority to fix the outer walls and the inner plumbing first whenever moving to a new settlement or dwelling. Incidentally, this is also why there are so many abandoned buildings with boarded up windows. People move in and secure the place, but then discover that they can't repair the plumbing so they have to move on. (Thanks for all the entertainment, Davey. Hopefully this gave you a chuckle in return.)

I find it amusing that there has been such an outcry for the unnarrated tour... i MUCH prefer the talking version over that also... "and beer for beer pooping" really Davey? have you genuinely ever had the desire to sip on a beer while pooping?

QUESTION If you store bobbleheads and magazines on the stand/rack, do you still have their perk? If they're not in your inventory?

I think this video is a perfect example that not every settlement needs to be a fortress. Even in the apocalypse, people can be lazy as hell, and giant metal walls are more work than they feel like doing. I especially like the "totally fool-proof" Mirelurk defenses. Regardless, excellent work Davey!

Hey Davey, have you ever tried to recreate some of the funky raider structures you can find around the commonwealth? I tried to recreate the scrappy tower from far harbor that trappers live in and it turned out really well.

Nice settlement Davey! You're the best. Loved how you used the space and integrated the seemingly useless part of the location to where it became the highlight. Keep up the good work, can't wait for what your crazy brain builds next!

Fantastic build, Davey! If you don't find what you need for the "clean" lighthouse floor, make it look like punishment. Put some brooms against the wall and place some farming animation mats on the floor in their to make it look like misbehaving settlers are being punished by having to scrub the floor. Just a thought. The area above the lighthouse entrance looks like it should have something stored up there. Long term storage for things that they don't need to access very often but don't want to get rid of either. Or a place to store the extra beer up out of reach (hence the barbed wire along the front). Love the retaining wall along the cliff face and the patio area up on top. It turned out amazing!

Random question I have cva and uso where did the display cases and weapon display wall thingys go?? O.O can't even find the bobble head cases

why didnt you board up a part of the bathroom wall ... atleast so that you cant see the toilet from the beds

I've downloaded the workshop decorations mod, but I cant seem to find it anywhere in the menu. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled it but its still bloody nowhere to be found. It makes me sad because it looks good but im just to lazy to decorate shit myself.

Anyone know how to make the light house work? I tried a generator and like 4 spot lights (the ones in the turrent section that move back and fourth so it wasn't useless they added defense state) anyways you couldn't see it at the bottom at all

i made a living area for settlers above the lighthouse and the toilet in the house so now they have to go through 4 elevators one and like 30 meter walk to the house

norespawns I used your Reinforced Sea Wall idea. It really brought my settlement together. Thank you for coming up with that idea, because if it wasn't for that, I would never have figured out anything for that cliff. I turned the top of mine into an outdoor Bazaar with a cloth canopy for a roof.

In the light house as soon as you enter put a barrel to your left against the door way put a rug at the bottom of the stairs and maybe place a piece of plywood or two on the floor and a box or two under your workbench that would break up the bottom floor, and for your bed put the sleeping bag on top of the mattress will look like blankets 😁

I don't know if this is on PS4 but there is a mod called build anywhere and it's pretty cool

Quick question on settlers - how did you get just ghouls using USO? I recently started trying that mod out and the only settler summoning options I saw were generic, male or female, or supermutant and it looks like you have to place a beacon down so there's no guarantee it will be ghouls that generate when you do

The beach area settlement with a dock in Far Harbor is calling your name. I think it's saying something about a your mum. Also another good challenge is Egret Tours Marina. And the ghoul pool settlement looks cool when you build over the illuminated water. Oh yeah great build by the way, you keep improving and you've given me great building techniques and inspiration for over a year now.

You should trash the random garbage around the the outside walls. It makes sense that the settlers would get rid of trash (especially trash that's blocking the turrets meant to defend them(the sign))
