Looks great. I like how much of a small player home this feels with the barriers and all. I just saw the bath water on USO and hope that he does more water elements soon.
Have you tried using the large angled junk-wall roofs I added to USO last month to patch the roof? The angle is meant to match the holes in taffington and that house - would need some cleverness with invisible rugs etc but it would be interesting to see if you can manage it - that or the angled flat raider tent parts.

Turrets just sitting on the ground? Really? Nice windows. I'd love to see a video of your Warhammer stuff, painting, army builds, whatevs. Especially if you do any customization and/or terrain building.

Davey, would you please make a video of your Games Workshop figures as you paint them? Maybe a time-lapsed video showing the work in progress. I used to collect & paint GW figures back in the 80s (still have them somewhere), and it would be really cool to see your work. Just a suggestion /request. They sound awesome.
If you are considering suggestion, some sort of radio station at the top of the light house? put a recruitment beacon up there, maybe it's being used to have radio freedom reach farther up the coast.
I have that problem of always spending way to much money whenever I walk into a Games Workshop. I do love the death models, especially a good ol' flesh eater.
You should make a video building an air ship type thing off the top of the lighthouse by just going to the top and building a platform over to the side
Pro tip for Rug glitching and group select: place a garden plot (via rug glitch and group selext) in mid air and then you can group select through the garden plot even in mid air etc. Makes patching roofs or building in mid air easier. You can also build a scaffold from the concrete floors that are double thickness and group select through them, or atleast you could many patches ago. Disclaimer: never watch you build stuff, only ever skip to the end result. So I dont know how you do things, just thought the tip would come in handy at some point. Martin
I've tried the logic gates before when trying to make an electronic door, and I tried all of the ones that would make sense and i think even tried following a tutorial, but none of them worked.
norespawns, A great idea I think you should use is to put an RV chems dealer in Bunker Hill. It would be small, but could add a nice look to the town I think.
Miniatures are cool. The DnD ones are different to WarHammer because you don't piece them together and paint them but I really want to 3D print my own. Sculpting high quality meshes is a liiiiittle outside my skillset just yet though.

Can you drink from that water? If you can, could you build a small, shitty, grubby pool in some sort of indentation in the ground and put some purifiers in?
Hey norespawns, I tried downloading the USO mods you use in your videos but when I open the settlement build thing is makes all my wood and metal tabs disappear .-.
Engage Titan I had this problem as well, I used the settlement object expansion fix mod that's on bethesda.net mod page it adds a utility fix at the chem station. I'm not sure if it would work for you, but it fixed all of my missing tabs.
If you read the mod description and FAQ you'll see that USO moves all vanilla and DLC items into its reorganized menu's (unless another mod conflicts). This tells you what's changed, why, and how to diagnose and resolve any issues.
Speaking of guard towers, I came to think of turrets. I noticed that the standard laser turrets seem to have much longer attack range than detection range. I put a few up on the lighthouse, and once another turret further down in the settlement detected an enemy, those on top of the lighthouse could shoot it just fine. They did not seem to detect enemies on their own, however.

Lilitu chii theres a great video by jay clark (search fallout 4 automatic door) that shows how to set it up using laser tripwires. Just be prepared to pause it as your building! Enjoy ☺
