What A Castle!! This Is The Most Coolest Settlement I Ever See!!

I built something like this. I used up every room inside the fort with something unique, repaired the walls in odd ways (concrete foundation+shack bridge+half wood floor pieces+fence, on the larger gap, concrete on the smallest), and built a lounge/officer's quarters in the second largest hole, using more concrete, barbed junk fences, and modded chain link fences. I made made a little radio shack around the Radio Freedom post and used neon lights to spell out "Radio Freedom, Voice Of The Minutemen" on the side, as well as building a little market around the place. I used a mod to place down a BoS compound wall on the approach from the diner and used static tank and vertibird decorations to build a wall around the approach with the boat, as well as putting a guard tower there. All in all, you're appears to be more of a city.

That power armory is badass honestly

Pretty cool, way better than anything I've built. You might want to convert to fusion power though. It'll give you way more power per unit and reduce the impact on your building cap.

nice man!! I did something similar except turrets covering every square in of the outside perimeter (mainly heavy) and it goes up to 3 stories high instead of just one loop! nice job boss!

nice. just a little thing, but a lot of your wiring is hanging to low so you tends to bump into the electrical wirings. Try make them follow the walls, and if they have to cross make them go higher.

How did you disable the grass clipping through the foundation?

How did you get the floor so flat?

I would love to make a crazy castle stocked up to the ceiling like the way you do but I simply dont have the patience to try to level floors, decorate etc.

Usually I dont give "modded" bases credit cause to me modded anything is like your wife or gf baking something for you to bring to work and you get credit cause your "brought" it... but this one was nice. Keeping it Lore friendly was the major win in this vid since some of the mods ive seen are way too contemporary (i.e Cabot house) to be believable as surviving the "almost" end of the world. Like +1

You may already know by now, but if Preston isn't sleeping where you want him to, you can assign him to a bed using workshop mode. At least you can with most settlers.. I never actually tested it on Garvey.

I can't wait for mods to open up on ps4, hopefully we'll get that mod to be rid of this stupid building limit, I maxed out just from repairing the walls alone.

Most of the time I don't like settlement builds that used mods, because it feels cheaty and looks unrealistic. But this is some top notch shit. Good job.

Truly the best in game castle I have ever seen :) Too bad though because if you were to actually do this without mods 50% of everything in that castle would be going over the limit just like in my Castle which I have very few things but it's maxed to the limit.
