Fallout 4- The Legend of Shaw High School- A failing school, scheming principal and mentat enhanced idiot. This and more in this episode of Fallout 4- Legends of
Shaw High School:
So this place is located near Fallon's Department Store. It has be occupied and overrun by supermutants, so be prepared to deal with them. Inside the Principals office, Principal Tanner, we find his terminal entries. We learn that he distributed Mentats among the detention students, on of which was Rusty Burton, to sell to the ordinary students. This was done in an attempt to raise test scores, and it worked. He then skimmed off most of the money from the budget increase that followed. When we find Rusty's terminal, we learn that he has been taking the Mentats and his intelligence has improved. He figures out Tanners scheme and plans to blackmail him. He meets him in the library, and records the conversation on holotape before it cuts off. We don't know what happened next. Also there is some weird shit in the basement :/

The 'serial killer' place in the end is just the supermutant's work. If you activate one of those radio towers, you get the transmission and can hear a woman talking from a supermutant note that they don't want to hurt humans and are friendly. When you find it after hearing the transmission, the ham radio on the table plays the transmission and you can turn it off.

If you switch the HAM radio on in the cellar area you can find out what happened to those people! Make sure to always switch on HAM radios as some actually produce signals!!!!

wima13 The woman that is dead in the cellar was being held captive by the super mutants that had been presiding there. They were forcing her to broadcast a radio signal to any humans listening. Her broadcast states that the super mutants at Shaw High school are friendly and want to "help" and will definitely not eat you (after which a super mutant can be heard screaming "BUT I WANT TO EAT HUMANS!" to which the woman replies "remember we're trying to trick them?"). It is unknown why she is dead but if I had to guess it was probably dehydration as she was handcuffed and there are no visible signs of wounding. The two bodies hanging might have been the woman's friends or caravan guards. They are hung to "dry". Strong describes this process and states that humans taste better that way!

I think R.B. was slightly less evil then Tanner. He may have been, as you said "a wee shit" and engaged in a drug dealing operation and was preparing an extortion racket, but he could have brought down Tanner, who I think has earned the title of "Massive Shit".

See, this is precisely why I don't do drugs in Fallout games! I like to give myself any advantage I can but I can't go forward with having my stats getting damaged in the process. I probably hear you saying that drugs in Fallout aren't really too much of a problem even when you get addiction withdrawal, but think of it this way, since I really enforce the idea of a larger advantage curve but with little consequence and I can't have that If I shoot chems to do so. I want more of the good and less of the bad

you have to know that none of these places, except sealed up ones, would remain untouched for 200 years. if you find jet anywhere in there, that just means your not the first. the fact that much mentats was untouched for 200 years is the amazing part. i like these videos for bringing all the stories together, but not everything in these places have meaning. a skeleton hand in a class room would make sense in a place filled with super mutants. they are not that dumb, they have a sense of humor. the biggest thing that gets me, is how no one cleans when they settle. ive found more than enough brooms and shovels that would work with cleaning the debris. not even raiders attempt to clean shit.

Never underestimate a Vault-Tec employee when it comes to conniving treachery... -An idiotic missive is published with Burton's name on it on the Principal's terminal, -All the school would recognise it as something Burton (not renowned for being smart or subtle) would have done. -Burton is suspended, and not seen around the school (obviously not someone inclined to pick up the homework so thoughtfully provided by the Principal). Rusty Burton was six feet under before that level of protection from fallout was an advantage...

The supermutant radio broadcast originated from the basement with the four bodies (2 headless and one woman) where the woman under the instruction of a super mutant broadcasted a message inviting people to come to Shaw High School with the promise that they will not be torn from limb to limb and eaten.

Hey so Idk if you take requests for locations to check out, but here's one for ya if you're interested :p as far as I know, it doesn't have a name, you can find it on one of those highway bridges to the left of Neponset Park. Place gives me the creeps, what with the music and unexplained footsteps. Maybe it's just me, but I would recommend seeing if you can find any clues on what this place is supposed to be.

+thenthapple it's right by Neponset Park. Fast travel there, and look to the Northwest. You should see one of those ruined highway bridges. Part of it is lowered so that you can climb it, it's by two desolate tanks.

Nth, there is actually a radio signal that leads you to the place. And if you did listen to the radio signal, the signal explained about Shaw's intended use of the Super Mutants and at least what happened in the basement. You can get the signal by amplifying the Relay Tower 0SC-527.

I just finished this quest. I also didn't find any more records. By the way. I noticed that the voalt tech guide was a to accurate on what the future nuke world was gonna look like. It became very clear to me in fallout 4 that some things were off on the time line. I have been playing from fo3 and new Vegas. Super mutants, ghouls, mirlarks and other things are supposed to have come into existing after the bombs fell. But in FO4, I have seen items and locations that tell me that they where around before or just before the bombs fell.

The basement was the supermutents work. If you activate the nearby radio tower you can hear a woman talking on a ham radio asking you to come to the school. If you turn off the ham radio in the basement the signal goes dark.

I'm not so sure there's a serial killer's work in the basement. Fallout 4's super mutant companion occasionally mentions hanging meat up for a few days to "ripen", so it's most likely you just wandered into a super mutant's meat locker.

There are a few places that tie in with each other in some strange way , I have noticed one or two , but not being a skilled in the research as the great thenthapple I didn't bother to investigate. I have however been doing some snooping into the brotherhood of steel and have found a few things out about them I think may be interesting . .. but as I said thenthaple is the man for that not me ; )

so I learned that vault tech started jet and if the "hair price" was ex vault tech he might've stolen some of the jet and kids being sneaky little shites might have stolen it from him ie probably rusty and the locker was probably his sorry if this is put twice
