FALLOUT 4: WASTELANDER BASE/HOME

The main mods I use:
Clean and Smooth Settlements - Nice level ground for the main settlement locations.
Scrap Everything - Scrap junk to start fresh.
Place Everywhere - Move settlement assets wherever you want.
Snap'n Build 2.0 - Used for making foundations, stairs, floors, and walkways.
Snappy Housekit - For building creation.
New Landscape Grass - This makes the grass nice and short to build on top of.
Homemaker - For building creation and other assets.
Settlement Objects Expansion Pack (S.O.E) - Props, FX and much more.
