Fallout 76: All Around Build - 2024 Still Good - All Weapons - Full & Low Health - Sneak & Tank 

It is for the most part. I only use rank 3 damage cards on the world boss farming but for regular play I would rather have access to more perks cuz merely having more perks is a greater provision than having a few maxed out

Since Turtle's Best damage perks video, I've also only used 1 lv of Concentrated fire and Suppressor and Adrenaline in favor of Tenderizer, Tank killer and reload perks. Cheers to the angriest of turtles 🍻🐢

I have been using rank 1s because it’s the most efficient bonus rank. So, as a new player, I decided to start with all 1s for weps I wanted to use. I didn’t get around to upgrading them, for the most part.

Did that with my main after buying extra load outs after the ammo box came out. When I log in I figure out what I’m in the mood for and swap weapons, ammo, and load out, then go to work. The builds have changed some as I started with 4 Legendary SPECIAL perks, What Rads, and Funky Duds. Swapped out one of the SPECIALS for Taking One for the Team since I’m having more fun running loud and proud instead of sneak in most situations.

yeah. downside is that it requires a ton of perk cards/points and groll weapons + armor. i carry all classes of weapons around and try switching them up for each enemy type. don't need maxed out perk cards to effectively destroy an enemy and if you need to, compensate with higher dps grolls. weight reduction is extremely important for do it all builds too, damage is secondary. survivability is just a matter of slapping on maxed out blocker/serendipity/ricochet/nerd rage along with some mutations.

I couldn't use this. I'd have to do separate ones. Like you I specialise, no matter how many characters I have I always end up stealth commando LOL

For power armor, gettin WWR is pretty easy since the first legendary prefix isn't really that important. For unyielding builds though, it is really quite difficult since you need to roll TWO legendary prefixes which puts the odds at like 1/250 per piece lol.

Don't even need vats crit. It's one of 3 non berserker weapons I use on my no vats berserker build and it still shreds

Honestly, I have my friends equip it as soon as they can craft it. They'll likely find a way to get at least 1-3 rank one cards for it. I've been using party girl frequently with Sweetwater blend and can very reliably headshot ghouls and scorched. Maybe a bit more on armored enemies which the crit works well on. My first build was a disappointing shotgunner build but I didn't scrap my perks. Now my strength build can swap between shotgun, heavy gunner, unarmed and rank 1s for melee.

My favorite gun that with Nuka launcher you can build a beast BLD easy. An a lot of stim packs 😆

once commandos get nerfed and bloodied builds ill uninstall 😂, everything else is just boring.

you need to manually change legendary cards

I have a build in mind that would be able to use all rifles, commando, bows using energy,balistic and explosive rolls. It also will be able to reduce food/drinks, chems, energy/ballistic ammo, and your rifle/bow/commando weapon weight to the max amount. I can send a nukes and dragons link if you're interested but it is very much an endgame build. (I can help with making it be useful for early/mid game but Angry Turtle has more in depth videos on those)

Also my brother is making the most tanky/dps pa build but those get a bit more complicated, for example if you wanted launchers, or is stealth possible in pa (if so you max flamer/holy fire dps for boss fights) ect. Let me know if you want what he has so far

We have done more then our fair share of research into how dps/damage reduction/resistance works and have left no stone unturned. I genuinely think my commando dps build is most likely the best for stealth dps using whatever Type of Rifle you want. (Some perks are my choice but 99% are all needed by atleast 1 of the rifles in the game.) The only ones you need to swap/have a friend share are the explosive and energy weapon buffs (If you want to min max damage then most ballistic weapons benefit from mr.sandman, meanwhile energy weapons arent suppressed and cant be explosive so you swap demo expert for science/s. expert/s. master and you can swap mr.sandman for action boy or other perks.) Things like that have to be done for min maxxing and instead of swapping from an energy build to a ballistic build this build can do all 3

Nice, this was something I was wondering and you answered it for me. I'm still semi new and noticed I upgraded a card I had on my second build and it removed it, but I can just attach a lower level card to that specific build.

Just roll a one star two shot agl it wil do almost the same.

The only effect you’re mentioning that grants healing is ghoulish, none of the other effects would take that healing away per se, but reducing radiation damage by raising your radiation resistance may reduce the healing you get since ghoulish only heals when you take rads. If you’re looking for significant healing power for a full health build I would suggest healing factor mutation, born survivor paired with first aid/field surgeon and/or a weapon with the vampire legendary effect. @@cd15turb3d I also run vamp chainsaw unstable iso gives rads on melee blocker prevents the melee attack from being too powerful I was more wondering as an extra heal not really depending on it you get me

Raids require just survivability. Almost always there are enough people to put them down.

Pocketed would be negated when using power armor either way, anything on your regular armor doesn’t count anymore once you enter PA including your backpack. Bethesda has been playing with some details of how weight reduction works so previously if you had a perk card reducing weapon weight by 90% as well as a legendary effect reducing weapon weight those benefits would stack but two updates ago they removed that synergy and made it so you can only reduce weight by 90% total, basically making the legendary effects redundant. Now in the next major update (currently on the pts) they changed weight reduction to include weight from weapon modifications instead of only reducing the weapons original weight. I have been struggling with carry weight since they made the first change but recently I got it down, I’m not entirely sure how but I might just be carrying less ammo. Weight reduction has been working as intended for me otherwise. I can say, I finally just crafted my Union power armor but I’m not overly impressed with it, I did not however get any kind of applicable weight reduction effects on any pieces so it’s going to be worse until I can manage to get that. I’m not sure what else could be affecting you and your friends but in the meantime if you have the carnivore mutation you can eat grilled radstag or yao guai pastries to get some significant carry weight to help you get around. Consider using just rank one of bandolier if you don’t already, it’s very high value for weight reduction, and if you carry a lot of grenades or explosive ammunition like 40mm’s or missiles consider ordinance express. Another good idea is to go to a world container, search it so you open the full inventory window, go to the tab that lists your entire inventory and filter for weight and/or stack weight, see what weighs the most while you are in and out of power armor. ​@cd15turb3d I still really enjoy my power armor set, I finally figured out how to have carry weight in and out of power armor. Unfortu😢nately kinda stuck with my excavator for power armor. Between carry weight, and my reductions: -20% for ammo and weapons, -40% food, Chem, and drink weights. I now have duplicates in rank 2 and 3 of thru hiker and Chem weight to get a few special perk points for the PA build. I just need to put the proper back pack and switch my carry perks around when switching and it evens out. Still fairly new so I've just barely got a set of SS Unyielding and ended up with a set of vanguards while rolling unyielding. Well one or two still need unyielding but I am settling for the 50% to revive leg I have. Definitely adds to tankiness if you don't forget you're still alive.

You don't gain much from going rank 1 to 3 with weapon damage perk cards so I disagree. You can improve damage on 3 weapons for the cost of one by going rank 1 and you aren't even losing much. Also some weapons are going to be horrible without perks (pistols, explosive weapons, lower tier rifleman weapons, shotguns). Others like flamers, chainsaws, fixers, handmades, railway rifles etc can do pretty well without damage perks.

@@gametime2473 i kinda agree with you, at least for where you say to avoid low tier weapon if unspecced But I still belive going 3 star perk card is the goal. For the reason you say it's not If you get an AA legendary effect I promise you can use most weapon type with no perks, that's what I've been doing since quite a while

@@alessiomaritozzi47 AA is a good effect for most weapons but others it isn't as good. Any explosive weapon like rocket launcher, grenade launcher etc is going to be weaker with AA than 2 shot. Same goes for cryolator and alien blaster. Tesla Rifle, LMG and Railway Rifle are best with quad in my opinion. I'm probably forgetting some but yeah, AA is generally a very good effect.

@@gametime2473 what I'm saying is that if i don't have any AA perk for a specific weapon type, I mostly choose AA for that weapon, if I already have teh perk, then Imma goose something else for the legendary effct I've been grinding kill 1k robot challange with many weapon type I did t have any perk for, and AA used to be great

@@alessiomaritozzi47 Cool. What are your favorite weapons? I was big into the commando build but got bored with it and have branched out to quite a few others. I really like the compound bow. With a stealth build, it is really effective. I am doing over 2k damage with it sometimes.

The game is in its best state in years right now. Tons of players are playing now, COUNTLESS public events, Daily Ops, Expeditions, Camp Building (an entire game in and of itself), making different builds for different weapons... and my favorite thing, just wandering around the world and doing whatever I stumble upon.

Yeah, give it a shot, if you like to think advanced, calculate percentage in things if it is worth or not to stack, calculate food and drug boost and what is wortwhile and easy to get and things like that, where everything you do is _always_ a compromise, more or less, then you will find this game is great :) i started about a year ago and are level 320 now. I has never done West Tek with nuka grenades so far, it shall make leveling up faster i think. And has so for not being in teams at all until recent times. To be in teams gives a boost +4 intelligence and that makes leveling faster i think, many people won't care much for team play but still be in teams for that reason is my experience. Make sure to do the enclave mission and the vault raid, be friends with both raiders and settlers to gt end rewards from them both (you could buy them in gold later but expencive), i did choose to be friends with as many as i could in this game. I have seen a level 12 player fight scorchebeast queen when i was in a team and he or she did follow me there when i did go, so yeah, give it a shot :) But yeah, bosses are very powerful when low level, i remember the first flying scorchebeast taking me out like i was nothing twice before i gave up on it when i was low level and we coincidentally met in the forrest :) there are many people who will help new players giving you stuff, i got a Fixer level 20 and one level 50, and also BOS armor, from a random player just giving me that when i was low level :) Now i can make those and many other things like the radium rifle and most things myself :) But still wish for the ability to make a ultracite gatling laser, very low drop chance i has heard, but i do many missions in the red area of the map because of that one plan, like protecting a robot, i think that mission give the highest drop chance :) This game got bad reviews in the beginning where people experienced it as a empty buggy game, but has become good now and still gets updates and new things. Continued development perhaps and likely financed by the fallout 1'st players, like Angry turtle, thank you guys :)

I'm starting in March and about 160 hours in gameplay I'm pretty sure the experience as a new player is great as I try it myself other than you see other players has 300 more levels than you

they should be level 50 🤔 good news is you can buy them from players but it's odd you got low level ones
