In this video I will be building on top of the highest point in Appalachia. A great big mountain next to the top of the world. Watch me create an immersive settlement with a finished tour at the end. Enjoy! Twitter - / imshawzzo
Very nice camp! Love your style of how you incorporate into the environment. Apparently that scorchbeast on the side of the mountain is a scrapped original concept.
"Eagle's Nest" that's exactly what I call my CAMP there, but yours blends in so much more nicely. And so very well decorated! I started with placing the huge satellite dish on the peak just south of your CAMP, and added a control room and even a break area/patio with ash trays and a dart board....and tried to make it look pre-war. But the CAMP proper tries to feel like the vault dweller found the satellite installation many years later and took it over, adding his small Nuka Cola restaurant and "spaceship" viewing area.
That's a nice camp you have there. I like the design, you put some effort into it. A while back someone did an interior build. On the side with the orange railway bridge below someone found an access to a huge hollowed out spot somewhere close to you. Maybe enter build mode and hit the free Cam button that lets you float around while you build and see if you can find it. It's big enough to hold everything you put in, but obviously more spread out to make use of that space. It was where you hid your generator that let me remember it. They even had it setup where you fast travel and arrive inside the base. But again, nice camp.
You have a new subscriber in me, that was a great build. I'm going to give that spot a go myself, though it won't be half as good. Loved what you did with the place.
Amazing design. This might be my new favorite build of yours. It looks really immersive. You're getting better and better every video with the decor too. Great job
As a newbie in this game, I discovered this place with the giant bird a few days ago(I also took some clicks with my camera)but now I can to admire even more the beauty and charm of this place
Nice. And different. Billy-cross isn’t correct that the start was a glitch but building in 76 is fraught with issues. I once could not get a stair to fix to a cabin on a slope but it suddenly fixed it with the bottom half of the stair hidden in the ground! Wouldn’t let me delete stair or cabin so ultimately had to move camp to delete them. If you get a beneficial glitch use it!
I was going for something similar on top, but the C.A.M.P module glitched out and ended up inside of the mountain. It's been 1,5 month of constant headache trying to work around the hit boxes of the mountain inside, but it's actually developing to a pretty baller cave camp. I'll post a video at some point!
There is a spot that can have up to 5 npcs all at once (including allies and travelling merchants) it's two sheds just north of tyler county fairgrounds follow the northmost road and you'll find it
Nice one! I haven’t played fo76 since the Pitt was released, due to my ps4 needing repaired. Glad to say it’s been fixed now and fo76 is almost finished updating! Will be back on later today after many months and will give this spot a try for a new camp. Thanks for the upload.
Honest question guys: I gave up playing this game after a few hours because the first quests were extremely boring and honestly the NPCs were just very "corporate current day" style... I couldn't listen anymore to Rose's voice telling me what to do... Actually, I think all NPCs giving orders were female so far. Anyway, are there any better quests if we keep playing it? Is there any cool new NPC further on? Like a Brother of Steel type of guy, a decent villain, something exciting? Or this game is just plain boring all the time? Cheers (and I'm sorry if I offended anyone who still loves this game).
seems like you havent even got to the brotherhood of steel quest line, your way too early in the game bro there are definately much more engaging content ahead of you like the secret service and enclave
@@ipodtouchiscoollol Appreciate the reply. Do I have to finish the early quests to get to that one? Or do I need to go explore some area to trigger the quest? Thanks
@@GeekHazu BOS questline starts once you reach level 20 and listen to their broadcast, I would really recommend playing through that questline since it gives alot of xp caps and nice weapons. Fastest way to level if your low level would be just following the main questline but if you wanna level the RPG way by grinding mobs at events or out in the world that works too. as for the others I'm not gonna spoil them since they don't offer as much reward and is not really as mandatory in a progression standpoint until late game but if you want to know more check the wiki.
No offense dude but you started your build with a glitch when your foundations are sitting in dirt that’s a glitch I mean seriously do you not understand the word glitch that is a glitch foundations require support it’s built into the dialog boxes in the code the fact that you can attach a foundation to another foundation, and only one of them needs to sit in the dirt doesn’t mean it isn’t a glitch I’m not judging you for it. I have a fortress built on the side of a mountain are fast travel in on top of the mountain and jump down into my camp, which doesn’t touch well. It kind of barely touches the ground on one corner, but it’s two foundations high, so nothing can get into my camp. It’s relatively indestructible made entirely out of walls made of foundations, but it’s still a glitch.
Can you please slow the hell down, would you please mind uploading another video showing actually how you put down the foundations instead of fast-forwarding and going crazy and s***
