I’ve played this game since it launched and have watched tons of settlement builds videos. I have to say, yours are among the best I’ve seen. Nice work!
Please consider making a blueprint with Transfer Settlements and uploading it. It's very simple to do and would allow us to play with your Sanctuary in our saves.

I've got back into Fallout 4 due to the next gen update. When I previously played Fallout 4 all those years back, I was never motivated or had the creativity left to get started with any of the settlement building but honestly discovering your channel only recently and watching these vids you've been putting out has sparked my head with a bunch of ideas. I have to say thank you for sharing your creativity with us all and passing it on! Cheers mate 👍

Really nice rebuild I like the walls combining with each of the houses nice touch that makes sense as a material saving thing someone would do in the wasteland.
Love the vids. Had no idea about the rug and pillar glitch. Looks like I have some work to do after I take the Castle. Survivor mode is a very slow grind.
14:32 I'm on Xbox Series X and have 17 so far. From what I've been able to find, the limit is your character Charisma skill + 10 (base maximum) for each individual settlement. So I believe the total maximum would be 22 (base 10 + 10 Charisma + 1 for the bobblehead + 1 for the You're Special book) without commands or mods.
Armour bonuses like sharp, summer shorts, hats, glasses or the singers dress, as well as temporary charisma also counts, such as +5 from grape mentats (chems stack, alcohol deosnt so only beer and chems). iirc the max charisma is 32, so 42 settlers. Of course, settlers are unlikey to show up during the duration of the chems so have like a donor settlement where settlers show up, take your chems and then instruct the settlers to move to sanctuary or wherever.
Someone call Todd Howard and tell him that this is how it's done. I love the little details like the oil lamp on the broken mail box post, the year 2077 on the survivors house, etc. Brilliant build.I don't have the words.
Very nice the detail and the bits of story, creative use of stuff that was already there, i really loved that truck, i'm so stealing that for my game. Edit: After 10 min of rug/pillar glitching i ran to the nexus...................screaming....................loudly.
Dude this turned out great! Loved each video of building each house. They fit together so well. Great job doing it with no mods that is impressive. Can't wait to see where you build next.
Have spent nearly 12 hours trying this build and nothing works. No idea how you got the roof there. It NEVER changes off red. Have also tried pillar, pillar and mat, extra spacing floors between stairs and roof, stairs in different spot, scraping everything in the house. Nothing works and this is the only one of your builds that i can't get.
Be careful snapping the roof onto somewhere you already did walls around… i just ruined my entire bbuild Basically bc it snapped to it and now i can unsnap the roof segment :(( my fault.
