The bloke with the pencil moustache and cigarette was Robert House; he was from Fallout New Vegas game, same place where Hank went to at the ending. The skull was a Deathclaw. They're like Dinosaurs mix with demons, only more deadlier. And the one who cut his own injury and had Maximus blamed is a non-binery.

14:30 fun fact, all the ideas proposed for the Vault experiments are actually ones that are canonical within the games that you can visit yourself. Vaults 27, 34, 51, 87, and 106 are the ones they mention. And that's just a sampling of some of their whacky ideas.

This show was fire and brought back memories of spending hours playing fallout 3, and i thought i was the only one that noticed that trend with interracial couples in movies and shows 😂.
