Fallout Shelter - New Vault Gameplay, Part 3, and Tutorial Quest! 

So after a few years off I've decided to give Fallout Shelter another play. I have started a new vault (284) so this is my humble start, part 3! My vault is growing, I have my first random vault emergency, and this includes the tutorial quest.
