Hate to say it, but in most circumstances, the law is NOT on your side. Excuse me for saying I really don't....respect (to be kind) lawyers. It seems that they so often get in the way of honest intent and turn it into a circus for $

I just got out of jail a few months ago. I was arrested November 18 - 2018 . Over 15 months. I got off work. And was pulled over and gave them my name obviously I had nothing to hide. They said I had a warrant for rape and cuffed me. I told them it was a mentally ill aunt that I was aware about. Long story short. I thought I was going to be 20 minutes and the station explaining to them that obviously I never did anything. And who was the person. Without for details. I spent 15 months until finally I plead to misdemeanors because over 15 months you have to go through some things. So I plead guilty to some other bullcrap with probation. And I cut off that monitor after I was released. I never thought I was going to see the light of day again. They took me with no evidence no questioning nothing. And there WAS NOTHING I COULD DO. THEY SAY. SO I FINALLY GOT OUT AND NOW I HAVE A WARRENT BECAUSE I CUT OFF A TRACKER FROM BEING IN THERE 15 MONTH'S FALSEY INCARCERATED. I DONT GET THIS COUNTRY. I ALMOST KILLED MYSELF. 50 TIMES HALF WAY THERE AND 3 TIMES WHERE I WAS SECONDS FROM KILLING MYSELF. I COULDN'T TAKE IT. I CANT BELIEVE WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND WHAT I AM EVEN EXPLAING. ANYWAYS. Can I sue ? Everybody the girls who lied and the state and the city district etc .....please help me . RU-vid

Florida requires far too many hoops to get a permit (and the fact that you MUST have a permit) and you can't even Open Carry...

Lincoln Hawk Florida is like Texas in that they are wildly perceived as VERY pro 2A yet, in reality, they are not. Just look to the many other States that have 'Constitutional Carry' and include Castle Doctrines/Stand Your Ground and Civil Immunity to understand how flawed those two States are. Basically, there are better States when it comes to self defense.

So I had the same thing happen to me here in Texas where I had the right to castle doctrine an self defense all was no billed an dismissed but I was not ask my side of story by police until I was raid rights an in back of car did 3 months of jail an I can't Sue I feel the cops would have did a proper on scene investigation asking both parties what happened they would have seen I was in all means of my rights to self defense where I didn't shoot the person but drawn my weapon to prevent him from pulling his on me

I guess I don't know what to call this but I was in jail and let out but they refused to use my actual name and would not even use the name on my driver's license and identification. Later I was told the person they arrested has a warrant for him but I can't be arrested again under that name.

What about falsely arrested for a DUI, i went to jail for 14 hours for being completely sober. It felt like it was all a setup the minute they pulled me over!! help

My friend was arrested and spent 4 days in jail. He was not convicted because they realized they confused my friend for someone else. My friend was saying they had the wrong guy but my friend didn’t have his ID on him. He got a letter from the police that they will not press charges because they had the wrong guy. My friend spent 4 days in jail for no reason. Can he sue? Who should he contact. I have a copy of the letter given to him be the police saying they have the wrong guy.

Yes he can sue you can only hold a person for 2 day in jail 48hours no charger you got to let him or her go tell him to sue the department for wrongful arrest find a decent lawyer and sue

I got attacked on Thanksgiving by some racist native American guy that thought the country was his I beat his ass and pushed him off me and then his wife called the cops and I was wrongfully detained for 210 days in 2017

i need to know what to do for my boy friend dealing with police putting false information on him and cyber attacking him and my family. they hacked out internet and they gav our information to the publice and also they been gang stalking us for months now. then the police put false charges against him. they also tried to steal DNA after another officer approached him with a false warrant and he made complaints but they never got anywhere PLEASE HELP NEED ATTORNEY ADVICE

can you sue the police for dereliction of duty? especially Now with Corona Virus I was attacked by 8 Muslims teen called the police by the time they came all of them ran away so an event report with a# given to me when ask to make police report they refused claiming that No one of the attackers were there so I was advised to when I see any one of the 8 teen who attacked because of my race and religion do not stop them or follow them just call the police when I did see one of them I did the police and show them the event report # they refused to arrest him and their came which I requested and he was worst than them 100 times and still refused to arrest him and comes up with false accusation even so on the day I was attacked I mention to the Sergent there is a witness that seen everything on that day none of the three officers bother to question the witness that I point to them. Need your help pls.
