That scene with Barghest seeing the reality of the fairies she protected was something to behold. It was extra pain when she learned what she had done to Adonis.
They were copying barghest. They were watching her for years and after Morgan's connection to them was cut, they enacted something that was probably in the back of their minds for long time, killing and eating her lovers then becoming addicted to it
I love how well this song was utilised in some of the most messed up and poignant scenes of lb6. I won't give examples since I don't want to spoil anyone who hasn't made their way through it yet and intends to, but still. Truly haunting.
The man played Xanatos Speed Chess at such a high level that literally no one even realized that someone was plotting things beyond the downfall of Morgan. After the other Calamities had killed the vast majority of fairies and effectively scoured Fairy Britain, Oberon shows up and just casually decides to completely eradicate the entire island, everyone on it, and then the rest of the world. He's basically the opposite of Morgan. He doesn't have the insane power, magical skill, overwhelming contingency plans, or armies at his command. He acts in subtle ways, here and there, with words and lies and a little bit of direct help on occasion. And in the end, he triumphs over everyone except for the very person he had spent so much time and effort building up into being his key pawn: Artoria. And because he finds her so like him in circumstance, so steeped in suffering and disgust and adversity, so doomed to a pointless task for a world that they hate, he can't even be upset about it.
@@Raptor747e mc kinda figures it out if you're actually thinking and question him though he faking his death basically guaranteed his plan anyway. Simply genius. Also he's actually very good at fighting lol at least keeping up there better than regular servant but he simply won't fight because if he does he will snitch too much(as his weapon dissolving into black goo back then already making entire community sus of him) and his speed is just more valuable for Intel at the moment. Also "no magic energy" of course when big cern sir right on top of him lol, and he also does control morses too.
@@Raptor747Had Oberon came to rescue Artoria and Ritsuka a bit early, he would’ve made Artoria not meet Hope. Hope was the sole reason Artoria Avalon existed, as she was the shining beacon and star for Avalon’s creation. So literally if Oberon met the two a bit early, the entire world would’ve been doomed
Hi, I know this is a year late, but this soundtrack can only be obtained if you played through the "Servant Summer Camp" event as that is where this soundtrack was first used in FGO.
