The whole thing with Peter knocking out the little girl was a jab at how movies try to sell the idea that size and physical strength are not factors compared to skill. Such as the case with the movie Three Ninjas. They are all children not yet even teenagers and they all beat the shit out of grown ass men that are over six feet tall and weighing in close to 200 pounds. Even the youngest brother - who is SIX years old is dropping men five times his size with little more than his Six year old punches. Another example is Ernie Reyes Jr. who even in Red Sonja was nearly a master Martial Artist and grown men are being dropped by him at every turn. There's no doubt that he was an extremely talented martial artist; but he was SIX years old! lol. He just DOES NOT have the physical strength to DO any of the things in the movies. By 1991 - when he was in TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze - perhaps he would have had the strength, but as a child....not so much. lol.
