Take it Easy with your Back Chris I did my Back in about 10 weeks ago and I tried to Struggle on I work Pumping concrete here in Dublin IRELAND after 2 days of trying to keep working I did more Damage to My back and I was Laid up for 2 Weeks and for the first Week Off work I couldn't even get out of bed to walk to the Toilet without almost crying with the pain and My Back is still not 100% after 2 Months I'm still in Pain. Take some time off work Now and let it Heal because you chould end up like me and have to take even longer off work

You have my sympathies Chris - a couple of years back my back flared up, I could only drive down the road 100 yards and then I had to get out, lie on the back seat for 5 then drive another 100 yards. it took my GP 5 years to send me for an MRI then they diagnosed two prolapsed discs and spondylitis - wear and tear. what happens eventually you kill the nerve, but you are never free of pain. Operations often leave people in more pain so you are between a rock and a hard place - keep struggling! That bug is a shield bug also called a stink bug on account of the smell they release when upset. Just one - LOL sounds familiar.

Must be a big struggle with all that land there’s me worrying about my 10m x 10m lawn 😂
