kenterminatedbygoogle because as a kid when I used to watch this episode I would mock Waldo on how he would talk, and I laugh at how he was talking really slow on the witness stand. Is that okay?
URKEL: "State your name." WALDO: "Illinois." URKEL: "No. State your name, not name your state." WALDO: "Oh, Waldo Faldo...from Illinois." 😆 Waldo is a very lovable & underrated character!
@@eph_loves_80s74Myrtle Urkel, Stefon, and all of the other characters portrayed by Jaleel, not to mention the disgusting sexualization of Grandma Winslow and Richie/Gwendolyn are the only cringy thing about this show. Waldo was funny, which is more than I can say about almost every other character on this show.
@@SuperN1ntendoChalmers Steve is the only thing that made the show serious and funny. Steve and maybe Carl, Rodney and Weasel. Waldo can get annoying and boring after a while plus his interaction with other characters is weak, his relationship with Maxine makes no sense. Eddie is average in terms of laughter same with Laura, Harriet, Rachel is not all that funny, Richie neither, Maxine wasn't supposed to be funny just Laura's best friend, Myra is rather odd and peculiar, Greta was nice but not funny.
YEAH,it was a great episode and a great show for being both funny and sweet with seriousness mixed in as well but did you happen to catch Mama Winslow's reaction to it???
Especially mama Winslow's reaction to "okay but I'm not home",where she chuckled,if you saw that but Waldo is so funny, even if he is not really the smartest bulb in the house
Keke Harp thats why the cameras were not on the others and they can probably mute the background but i don't see how Steve could not have burst out laughing
Waldo is definitely one of the best characters of the whole daggum show. He's freaking hilarious, and so endearing and sweet that you just want to eat him up :)
Agreed. I forget which season/episode it was, but one of my favorite Waldo scenes was where Eddie and Waldo were taking a long road trip south with Waldo navigating, and they got almost to Canada before Eddie realized they'd been driving the wrong direction all day because Waldo was holding the map upside down. Definitely one of the most hilarious characters on the show.
Steve: State your name. Waldo: Illinois. Steve: No. State your name, not name your state. Waldo: Oh! Waldo Faldo . . . . . from Illinois. I adore this show! 😂
@@jonmccracken8625 it was the final season (1997-98), in which Jo Marie Payton left the show after the 11th episode of the final season ("Deck the Malls", aired on December 19, 1997). Payton would then be replaced in the 14th episode ("Crazy for You") by Judyann Elder, and she would go on to play Harriette Winslow, before the series ended in 1998.
“ Golden Girls”was before “Family Matters” but Estelle Winslow was my introduction to Blanche in a way. Every man adored her and she knew she was fine.
0:57 I always laugh when Mother Winslow vigorously nods her head after the judge in shock exclaims “Hostile witness???? It’s your mother!”, like she’s saying “you tell’em judge!” 😂😂😂
They don't make shows like this anymore gotta love the 90s. I used to watch reruns of this show over and over when I was younger Waldo was a nerd and scattered brain.
steve: I'd like to call waldo Faldo Waldo: Ok but I'm not home,.lol Steve: State your name Waldo: Illinos Steve: No state your name not name your state. Waldo: Oh Waldo Faldo from Illinos lmbo. My two favorite parts.
