Family of Fairmont man still seeking answers nearly a year after he was killed 

Almost a year ago, Charles “Duddy” Echols III of Fairmont was shot and killed in White Hall. On Monday, Echols’ family was joined by civil rights activists as they held a press conference to detail their year-long quest for justice and attempts to get answers to lingering unanswered questions.
