I wish I lived on Morrow hill for this taste test! I love all the ingredients that you put into those stuffed mushrooms and I’m gonna have to try that recipe myself for Thanksgiving and Christmas or anytime I have people over.
We just call them stuffed Mushroom caps and yes I agree with your family they are 👅Delicious!! Crab stuffed mushrooms were very popular back in the 70's next thing cheese fondue's will be back in style. I have also had seafood stuffed large portabella mushroom with asparagus for main course entree ,you can also stuff with all kinds of different stuff. YUMMY 😋I think I could eat the whole plate full. Nice work Kim! I love you guys with your taste testing on the hill.
Kim, I think your mom 's reaction was true. The reason I think this is because of her reactions in other videos I have seen. The creme puffs, ice cream etcetera makes her brain release endorphins. I think this is what happened when she ate the stuffed mushrooms. If you serve them for Christmas, you might want to put a green parsley leaf to make them festive looking. Another successful job!

They make mini cookie scoops in every size imaginable for really cheap online and in sets. Using a mini scoop of the right size would make fast work if filling the mushrooms and make them uniform. The description will tell you exactly how much it holds i.e a tablespoon, 2/3 of a tablespoon etc. ❤
I would say 99% liked them so go for it for Christmas Eve. I am sure there will be other snacks for Pawpaw that he will like. Or make a couple with hot peppers on top just for him lol
I don’t do shrimp or crab meat. The only seafood I will eat is Canadian flounder. That was a very cute video Kim! Your Dad tickled me, telling Heidi to stay close but he still ate it all. 😂
Kim they looked so good. I had a friend that made these for some appetizers for Thanksgiving. They were so good. They will be a hit on Thaksgiving or Christmas. This was such a cute video having everyone taste them. I like to see everyone's expressions. Thankyou for bringing us along.

Funny how timing works! While watching your video, I’m in a family group text about who’s bringing what for Thanksgiving. I’m not a big fan of mushrooms but the best way to eat them are stuffed. We been eating them that way in Alabama for years. I also like them battered and deep fried. I’m so surprised no one on Morrow hill has ever had them❤
Norma here. WOW, those were a big hit with everyone except your dad. I’m with Stephanie though. I can’t eat mushrooms due to the texture, but that stuffing sounds delicious. Buddy and Ben would have eaten the entire plate. You better make a whole lot of those for Christmas Eve.

Kim I personally don’t care for mushrooms or the other filler but I do find with dishes like that the chopped green onions do add a great additional flavor. I know you said you forgot to order them but you might try that at Christmas. Girl your dish was a bit on the hill congratulations !!!

Hi Kim, I do a stuffed mushroom get a cookie sheet bake your mushroom no stem , drizzle with a little bit of Olive oil. Make stove top any kind. Stuff the mushroom with stove top and put a piece of bacon on top and bake. Until bacon is done. They are so good.
