I know, the intention is to emulate some famous sounds in Juno-106.

The original recording is on a Jupiter, the Juno's big brother.

After the Fairlight intro the next part is the Jupiter 8 with the Fairlight playing its sequencer in the background. The Fairlight was a very important instrument on the Rio album. The Fairlight is on every song on the album

Pretty sure those pitch changes are done by dialing in (too much) portamento so that it doesn't reach the right notes on time

Actually, it wasn’t...Roland SH2 sequenced by CSQ100 or 600. Juno sounds pretty close but it’s not a Fairlight.

I don't think a Fairlight was used at all on Rio or very little. Interviews with Nick say he got one ‘halfway through recording Seven and the Ragged Tiger’. (Anyway, it seems that Nick is a Fairlight man, preferring it both to the Emulator, and the Synclavier: "The great thing about the Fairlight is the way it's laid out, not six different boxes like the Synclavier... I got mine halfway through Seven and the Ragged Tiger, and having worked with it for such a long time, I find it very quick to use.”). Of course it doesn’t mean he never used one prior to that but there is a lot of collateral on the synths used on Rio and it’s pretty much all analogue.

This may be recoverable, mine was dead a few years ago and I got someone to get it working.

Nothing stops you from using it, it can work well.

Both Kanye West and Mike Dean has said that they won’t use a studio if it doesn’t have a Juno 106, so I guess they do!

it's because I created these patches from manual mode, the patch is showing up on the synth panel.

no, you can believe it's the sound of the Juno-106 itself, recorded live on the video, just added with some reverb or delay. The additional parts I programmed in midi or used the original isolated tracks.
