CHIPMAN!! Was my band director in High school at Miami Central High School........ The Flight of the Bumble was always a fav of his! This brings back so many memories MC Starlights c/o 9T6💚🤍
To be a part of a group addresses an emotional need at times for each of us on our individual journeys. To work, well, within boundaries and structure says somethin about one's character. To bring this type of production to fruition takes ingenuity. Thank you!..
That's right get that wind up! Yall know it ain't easy walking & breathing in the cold, let alone marching & playing music. I'm excited to see them in top shape by the spring & the black & orange is 🔥🤩
Flag kids look great, drum majors look great, band does too and even sounds better! Good work kids and great director. So happy you all did this. Keep up the good work. From Kansas City.
Dr. Chipman will you give us a virtual halftime show for Thanksgiving since we not having The Classic . Film it at night, Joe Bullard, uniforms and all. We will watch for sure. M💯 Strong 🐍 🧡💚
Thank you so much for making these videos for those of us that are unfortunate to see them in person so thank you I appreciate that keep up the good work keep the videos coming
So....woodwinds don’t exist? You only limited your walking distance just to the percussions? So the woodwinds are just a recording like the parades at DisneyWorld? Above all, the band sounds really great! Be safe and blessed
@@AGB32805 YESSSS! I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who sees it. They're not lifting their knees high enough, with toes pointing down and "driving" them into the ground! They're marching like "every other" band. Precision, with style and pride in what you're doing and what you represent is "paramount" 💯! Come on ya'll..do you "like" what you're doing (because showing up, just won't do)? If yes..you're either doing the wrong thing or you've lost the passion for it..you see, in order for "this" to be perfectly executed (which should be the goal of everyone at every event) ..you must "LOVE" it..When you like it, you get tired of practicing, you feel the pain of the drills and it starts to become harder to syncronize it, with the rest of what you have going on..BUT, when you "love it", none of that matters, because you syncronize what you've got going on, around "it"..the pain and exhaustion, isn't even apparent until at some point between the end of each event and the first day of drills for the next performance..and to "you", that's satisfying and worth it all!! Come on, dig deeper and "Let's Get It" 💯 💯 💯
It wasn't a switch. They were doing that before Norfolk. It slowly faded in the early 2000s. Whereas Norfolk adopted it and held on to it. Its great to see the Hoods revitalize it. 💪

@@MARCHING100PAPARAZZI its was the first thing on ytube, and like always never seem to impress me. For now on I will keep my comments to myself because I won't watch them. Honestly its not the band members, its the band director. He's like the Donald Trump of bands.
