Killua is an Assassin and he’s likely lightning speed which would be around hypersonic+ to massively hypersonic or something but Mikoto has radar, can send her coin at Mach 2 or more and can dodge lasers point blank which would be around relativistic speed. So I’m betting Mikoto ftw

How fast I don't know but Misaka controls electrons, thus becoming an electromaster who would not only control electricity but also phenomena connected to electricity like electromagnetism or the Lorentz force. She has an attack dubbed Railgun in which she uses the strength of lorentz + the rule of the right hand to shoot a coin as a projectile that would reach 3x the speed of sound (she is limited to a coin but if it were a nail for example, would be more fatal I think ). Its normal rays would reach 1 billion volts and as electromagnetism is one of the 4 fundamental forces of nature, it can also: control electromagnetic waves, visible light, ultraviolet, radiation, plasma, nerve signals, chemical interactions, jump from buildings in the Spiderman style, hacking electronic stuff, tampering with radar and radar based weapons, shaping iron sand and turning it into super sharp weapons or giant kaijus etc .
