Fan motor bearing replacement (panasonic split indoor fan motor) 

Thank you for uploading this. About as simple as I was expecting it to be. I haven't even taken any screws out but I am pretty sure this will help me get rid of an annoying whining sound. First, let's figure out how to get the motor out.

Those are shielded bearings - not intended for dirty environments. Sealed bearings will last much longer.
