I hope I can meet the CEO of this company and tell him ho bad his company is... No items, no notifications, no email responses and no idea when the item is arriving, simply the worst sim company around.
No really i requested a refund in October of last year and I got it shipped back the next week. It is now January 😂 and I still haven’t gotten my refund or any form of communication. This is just pathetic man.
Glad you got it back so quickly. Fingers crossed it’s all resolved. Would be interesting to know if it was just the shaft that was replaced since you’re replacing that soon anyway haha
@@dannymoffatsimracer Absolutely. Im sorry to say but Fanatec are acting like scammers. They take your money straight away, mark the order as "Completely Shipped" then do nothing. This make's it impossible to cancel and then they are impossible to contact. Very shady way to conduct business. I'm getting PayPal Involved.
@@stormmy66 that is exactly my case, it has been marked as completely shipped for a whole week now but no sign of tracking number... Tried to call them but they only answer from 2 to 4 in germany and they just say that they have too much inquires so all is done via mail... Sent a mail on monday, still no answer...(Thursday) but they say they answer between 3 to 5 business day so it's normal for now... But damn, why do I see all this problems only after buying... like before that all the video I've seen were praising fanatec... but all I see on reviews is shit... same goes for moza ... so it's just pick your poison honestly...
Danny - I know you probably moved on from Fanatec with your SC2 Pro (I'm in the same boat), but RMA my Podium DD1 and have been waiting for updates for over 1.5 months. Received an email last month that they received it, and another last week that they never received. Do you happen to have a contact e-mail to share so I can get this sorted out? Thanks mate!
Hiya mate, I haven’t got a contact email other than the one you’ve already got. It sounds like they may have lost yours like they did with mine. Try opening a second ticket for the same thing, that usually gets their attention because it really annoys them.
I'm furious right now. I sent my fanatec dd1 ps5 wheel and base back to them. Just got an email they are sending back just a ddpro wheel base only!?? So i spent 1300 then there going to give me a cheaper wheel base only. I submitted a BBB complaint. Hopefully what i get is not what the order says
That’s awful mate, mine had to go back a second time after I made this video and the base has been lost. I’ve opened an investigation with ups and Fanatec have said they’ve passed the case to management, whatever that means
@dannymoffatsimracer as an update Fanatec responded and said the invoice was incorrect and I should be getting the podium f1 product back! Hopefully it's fixed!
@DrOcKa20 hi mate, my DD1 still had the same fault so had to go back again. Been waiting nearly a month now but they have been replying within a few days. I don’t know what’s been going on with them
