Explanation no one asked for: The reason they sound so similar is because Fandroid gets his robot effect by using a vocoder. (At least, I'm 99% sure thats what he does) Other artists that use vocoders include Daft Punk, The Living Tombstone, and, as you may have guessed, Tally Hall.

@@Eternal_Slumber Basically it was this huge drama involving some sonichu-esque manchild who got me (a mentally unstable minor) banned from the fandroid fandom for lashing out against him after he harassed me for like weeks. got so bad to where i couldn't look at my roblox avatar without freaking out
as a kid i hated fandroid SO BAD. like i didn't even hate vocaloid or similar music, like i even liked griffinilla's old songs, it was literally only fandroid. it was right up my alley but as a little kid who only really listened to the popular stuff, and radio music, and like old hiphop, i hated the way his music sounded for some reason. like i couldn't even listen to don't tattle on me, only the tlt cover of it. i know apart of this was also the fact that as a kid i hated anything deemed cool or popular, and fandroid was like... a cool and popular thing for weird kids, and i was a weird kid lol as an adult now who will listen to anything given to me, no matter how obscure or mainstream, no matter how bad or good it is... i still don't like it? like i'm sure if i listened to the songs in full i'd have some appreciation for them because the og i don't tattle on me doesn't sound nearly as bad as i remember. i would have loved to give the songs a chance again but knowing what i know about griffinilla now i don't think i will (p.s: this is not a hate comment. just an anecdote, loved the video :p) edit: just got to like 7 minutes into the video oh my god that cuphead song. there used to be a roblox cuphead roleplay i played when i was like 11 that would swap between a single track from the cuphead ost, the jt music cuphead rap (bop btw, also not the clean version, i dont know how they got away with that), a cuphead rap by another guy (also a bop), and the fandroid cuphead song. the thing is it was like 100% randomization and more often than not would play the fandroid cuphead song more than ANY of the other songs, and it was so long compared to the other songs that 11 year old me would sit there absolutely ripping my hair out frustrated beyond belief. the song also trended on tiktok back when i was like 16 i believe and hearing it again made me so so mad cuz i just remembered my days on the cuphead roleplay LMAO, i haven't heard the song in a few years atp xD
although griffinila was a bad person, fandroid is still one of my favorite characters of all of existence (also the 2023 comeback was when griffinila sold fandroid to another person)
