I interpreted the “1 heart broke, 4 hands bloody” as he broke her heart but she also contributed to it as she stood with him even when he was hurting her and wasn’t good for her. Like when she says ‘I was going down but I was going it with you’ , ‘I still say I hate you with a smile on my face, look what we became’ and ‘all the things I did just so I could call you mine’. So almost like she’s damaged herself just so they could stay together but now it’s over she’s the only heart broken one and it’s worse because she stayed with him even when she shouldn’t have
