Hello everyone! I'm back with another song, and this time it's Maria's Theme (aka Tchaikovsky's Melody) from Mad Father! This would be the first time I wrote lyrics from (kind of) scratch, and it was done somewhat on a whim, but I'm very happy with how it turned out so hopefully you'll like it too!
I can't say I particularly like Maria - I don't think I like anyone in that game except for Dio the Attractive Shota ;D //shot. But everything about her character and story is just so eerily and disturbingly alluring, if that's the way to say it. I was certainly disturbed just singing these lyrics. And the creepiest thing, I swore I heard a chainsaw-like noise out my window when I was subbing... does anyone mow their lawn at 11 pm??? @ - @
Other than that, I want to thank and dedicate this to Anko ♥ Thank you for showing me this game, playing it with me over Skype, then giving me encouragement with the lyrics C: The lyrics about being "beautiful" was because of a comment you made - that Maria was beautiful, or pretty, or something. Ehehe :3
I also asked Anko to sing these lyrics, so all you Anko-fans out there, be on the look-out for her version!

tbh I can't help but love this character she throughout the game is misunderstood and seen as the issue but her heart is always been in the right place its only because of the doctor that she does such horrible things which she even has tried helping the doctor calm down and think more rationally if you pay attention to the story she is just confused and well the most human character in the game how can't you love her and feel bad at all the pain and false guidance she has been through how?

Been a decade and this is still my favorite song. Mad father was just 🤌and these lyrics just capture that disturbing feeling. no idea why i haven't commented yet, but here i am now :) thank you for making my childhood honestly 😭

Me too. But, it runs through her family it's not her fault but i hope she's like her mother instead, so I feel bad 😔 for her, I mean I'm very pissed that aya didnt help the people who were suffering in the lab, she heard it but she ignored it! Like what is she? I wanted aya to be like her mother

I don't really like Maria.. I think it's mostly her fault... (But if she wasn't there the Doctor would turn Aya into a doll..) BUT SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF BEING TURNED INTO A DOLL INSTEAD... I MEAN COME ON VOICE! SHE KILLED INNOCENT PEEPS LIKE HER DADA!
