Windy City the true goat of the NBA I grow up with this kid I hope his family can make it through this lost of a loving father and loving little girl Gianna ❤️
Sadly, she found out about the deaths the same way all of us did, since first responders leaked the info to TMZ, and TMZ ran with the info before Vanessa and other family members were even notified. Disgusting.
GuitarZMasterZ why is he ignorant? Because he has a different way of thinking? I don’t know, but “ grown up” people doesn’t get mad for “ ignorants” comments, they just ignore it......🤷♂️
The fact that mostly everyone involved in this crash were families is what breaks my heart the most.... I can't say I knew anything about Kobe personally when it had to do with basketball but I do know what it feels like to lose someone close to you and I can't even begin to understand how the people closest to them are feeling.. 💔
Me neither my guy, I am dealing with my own demons right now as well, it amplifies everything, but when I learned that all the passangers passed away, I was done 😓
exactly with Iran, Impeachment, the Virus, Kobe's death, also not as important but I've been sick for most of the month which is rare for me...2020 is starting out as a weird year for me and everyone.
Mara I’ve been sick as well and it’s rare for me as well. A lot of people I know have become sick too..... May the good Lord give us good health for the rest of the year and rest of our lives .
Can you even imagine how difficult it was for him in that moment? The moment he knew that not only his own life was about to end, but that of his daughter...a life he helped create. Can you imagine how he felt as a father knowing he couldn't protect her? Can you imagine him holding her, consoling her, telling her he loved her as that helicopter went down? As a parent, I can tell you, Kobe Bryant's greatest fear was realized today. And it wasn't the fear for his own life, but for that of his beautiful daughter. Because as a parent, your life means nothing in comparison to the lives of your children. We live for our children. We breathe for our children. They are our reason for being. We would also die for them, without hesitation. Without question, without a moments notice, we would lay down our own lives to ensure theirs. Just thinking of his internal struggle in those last moments tears my heart into pieces. He knew his daughter's young life was ending. He knew he was leaving 3 other precious children behind. Oh, how his heart must have ached! Can you even imagine the agony that played out in his mind? Every parents worst nightmare happening to him in real time. He was there when his sweet girl took her first breath, and he was there with her when she took her last. And that's the only solace I can find in this...that he was there. In her final moments, her daddy was there to remind her of his undying love. And with everything in me, I hope that baby felt every ounce of love her daddy had for her. I hope it overwhelmed her, and carried her straight into paradise. Because I know that's all her daddy wanted too. Rest in peace Kobe and Gigi. Our hearts mourn you ❤ Hug your children extra tight tonight😔
I'm going to wake up tmmrw thankful for another day...hour... breath... heart beat... and the people I love most and forgive my enemies only to make more room for the people I hold dear
@@davidkeys4284 he paid million$ to her , you don't pay millions if you didn't do it and be honest is there one black male out there that you know hasn't raped somebody ?? Don't be an idiot
I stopped watching basketball when Kobe Retired. I will never watch it again now. He meant that much. That was my childhood, my team, and my inspiration as a child.
@@davidkeys4284 I never cried at the death of a sports figure until today. I still don't know why I did. The Lakers were the only NBA team I ever cared about and he's the reason why. I loved Shaquille O'neal and Kobe in the old days. Still remember staying up past midnight to catch game 7 Vs. the Blazers in 2000. Woke my parents up cheering as Shaq hammered the Ally ooop into the basket with that straight arm power dunk. That's still the best Dunk I've ever seen.
Mine too...I feel this on so many levels...I'm in tears because as a wife I feel it, as a mother I feel this, and as a person who grew up during his time..yes it does feel like a part of your childhood is gone. I normally don't cry over celebrities but this one really hit home.
So I guess the others deserved to die since you didnt mention them. You people worship these celebrities, its pathetic. And you feel like a piece of your childhood is gone, GET A LIFE
@@Johnny.1994 That's speculation for now. The police and fire reports haven't come in yet. It happened only 12 hours ago. I'll probably take a week or so.
Omg Kobe you were my role model. I love you and miss you always. Rest in Heaven to everyone affected by this horrible helicopter crash. Rest in Paradise to his daughter Gianna who also passed away. She was super talented.
I fell in love with basketball only because of this man. From the age of ten, I only supported the Lakers. And now I'm in a lot of pain-my heart was broken into small pieces. Rest in peace man LEGEND. The man who took basketball to a new level. There will be no such person again. As long as we remember him, he will live with us, in our memory FOREVER!!! Belarus mourns with you!!!!
3 of the other passengers was a baseball coach... his wife, and their daughter who was Kobe’s daughter’s teammate... The family left behind a son who’s now a baseball scout
Im not going to lie. I really dont care when famous people die. But Kobe man he was a very special person, i shed a few tears when i heard the news. RIP to him and everyone who lost their lifes today
Rest in Paradise Kobe!!! And Rest in Paradise to your daughter as well!!!😞😢🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Prayers out to the Bryant family. Rest in Peace to the other 7 people who had lost their lives along with Kobe and his daughter. And sending prayers to their families as well.💔😔😢🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
When I heard the news, all I could do was lay down on my bed and look at the ceiling for 30 minutes I couldn’t believe it. This is a reminder that tomorrow isn’t promised so live to be the best person you can today.
What about the thousands of ppl who just died in the last 24hrs? Doctors, fireman, police, teachers, ditch diggers, unemployed, disabled, cancer sufferers, burn victims, coronavirus victims, drowning victims, car crash victims.....
Man it’s crazy how life moves on ,right now in the moment ,everybody’s sad ,but 20 years later after Kobe’s death everybody just gon move on .its so crazy how this world is
the only permanent thing in the world is impermanence. 20 years from now though you will be seeing his daughters paying tribute to him...because family is all we can hope to have in this world...
RIP to one of the GOATS of our time - he truly was a fantastical athlete with accolades we can only dream to accomplish. It was hard to accept, and we'll never truly get over this loss as a society.
Kobe was a god nor a king. There’s Only One KING, n His name is JESUS. My prayers go to Kobe’s family, May they find peace in this turbulence time. In Jesus’ Name.
We all collectively need to sit back and reflect on how to be a great person...remember this day you guys this is a surreal reality We all love Kobe and Gianna 💔 💔💔🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭
@@EpicAMV911 That "poor girl' admitted that she lied to the police detective. She refused to testify when the prosecution asked her to. Instead she chose to file a civil suit and get a settlement. Why would someone who got raped refuse to testify and choose a cash payout instead?
I hate the man died but we are making such a big deal about his life and he was basketball player, soldiers are getting killed weekly overseas and never get mentioned.
This is such tragic news and even made worse is that his young daughter (2nd generation following in his foot steps) as well as her friend were killed as well. I feel sorry for all the families involved.
@@bobowlowgrowing6387 I've been going through the comments and you are just commenting bs like this. Do something better with your life. He left more of an impact than you ever could. This man inspired many and has unfortunately passed away alongside his daughter. Yet you still feel the need to slander a deceased man. Get a life.
@@bobowlowgrowing6387 and you don't know him. He's dead now. I see that you are happy about it. You could now move on to the next celebrity that you hate.
I NEVER in my life was a Lakers fan (being raised in a NYC area household where we cheered for the Knicks) but Kobe was a great basketball legend. Surely he'll be missed by millions of basketball fans throughout the world. 🏀🙏
Brawl stars Is trash! This is a video about his passing. Go online , learn the identities of the others , make a video about their lives and pay your respects. Obviously as humans we all feel that 9 lives were extinguished today, but for you to say that in a video about the public figure is as ignorant as it gets.
Brawl stars Is trash! If you were genuinely commenting on the fact that others passed away as well then I apologize if my reply was negative. I took it a different way. If there’s something that we should learn from today is that life is fleeting and destiny cares not about who you are and what you’re doing. With that in mind I make the resolution to be more kind in general and dwell on the positive and try to help others do the same; so again I Apologize and of course our thoughts and prayers to the families of all victims today! Let’s enjoy life and be happy, it’s a fragile thing...
Maybe it's just me, but this kinda remembers me of the mourning of the Iranian people. When they lost the 2nd most respected guy of their Country. RIP KOBE AND HIS DAUGHTER, AND THE 7 OTHERS.
Lol ya all heartbroken for what??? He was a great basketball player people die every damn second he did nothing to change your lives stop making him seem like he’s god.
Resi in pieces Legend you will never be forgotten thanks for all the skills and looking up to you as one of the best thanks where every where you are king rest in piece to your daughter too and the People kn the crash. Amen
and would like to add, people die being a legend and mark their names are the real ones that "exist", in theory of simulation, there are two types of people. NPC(NonPlayerCharacter)/mediocre people that exist to be just part of the game and MPC(MainPlayerCharacter). KOBE played the life game very well. He exist to make hes own existence
Death may have taken you away from me, But it could never take away your Memories. You will always be in my heart, In your own special place Rest In Peace Legend
Police weren't flying in that fog because it wasn't safe....they should of never took that chance....they circled 6 times trying to play with mother nature...and they lost...never fly in FOG...YOU MAY HIT A MOUNTAIN
Emmanuel Lopez I heard that a fire broke out in the helicopter, causing the helicopter to struggle to stay stable and high, which ultimately led to the helicopter crashing.
I don't trust helicopters or small airplanes. Seems like all it takes to send them spiraling out of control is a big gust of wind, but I am not a flight expert. The helicopter was 30 years old, so maybe that had something to do with it. 🤷♀️
I saw him once at the store,,buying cheese,,,I went up to him and said,,hey kobe,,you like that kind of cheese?? And he goes,,yeah I guess...and I go ,me too,,,see you later,,maybe in the bread aisle!!! I'll never forget that now
I am a Chinese fan from Chengdu, mainland China. I began to understand Kobe in 2002, and I have always regarded him as my belief. Kobe goes all the way, I hope there is no disaster in heaven, and the fans who love you always remember you😔😔😔
All 9 ppl should be talked about because one life isn’t better because he was a legend. His wife loss her daughter other people loss there family! They all should matter equally on the news. During his memorial with his child that’s when he should be glorified with his daughter! Not today when so many others loss so much. Praying for the families.
To be honest i wasnt a huge fan of kobe i was taken back when i heard about his death but when i heard about his daughter dying too that really hit hard i can only imagine his wifes pain right now to lose her husband and her daughter in the same day? Tragic plus gianna didn't even get to really experience life which really hits couldn't even see her dreams come true rest in paradise
Are we just going to ignore the eight other people who died on that helicopter whose name's not in households everywhere? What about them? What are their names.? Are we going to ignore that children died in that helicopter crash also, or is this all just about Kobe? WTF
Crispy Eggrole, Kobe was a great basketball player who gave an enormous time to the game to the delight of millions of fans. It's only appropriate that he gets all this media attention for his fans. It will die down soon. For now, turn off ur TV, etc and relax.
His and his daughters death is really impactful I really do feel tears from their situation. My hearts out for his family and the families of all those affected.
