Just take a moment to think about how much good one man can do in this world. He makes each customer smile, they go on to make others smile, and so on. Something as simple as being patient and treating others with kindness can multiply and make a real difference.

He reminds me of a fellow I used to serve with in the Army National Guard who used to sing on the chow line. Even when the food being served was swill he made people smile.

Hes awesome. There is no customer service anymore . People dont speak when you come in a store , they dont thank you for shopping there , they grunt . I trained in sales and customer service and owned my owned company but I have not run across anyone in the last ten years I would hire to represent my company ! But Daniel , I would hire YOU !
