I look forward to your comments. They are very funny and improvised and that makes them even funnier. How's the pussy cat? I've just lost my old cat, I looked after her for two weeks before she gave up. Anyway you cheered me up for a little while thanks
@@lt.ripley1590 I'm sorry for your loss. I have five cats currently, and Skye who usually comes in is doing fine. Another one just had to have surgery, but he's doing well now. Glad I can entertain you.
What an amazing performance by Seth (Gabriel), Ross (Aaron) and Patrick (Mays)! The perfect balance between important character development and intensity and a perfect mix between light hearted, almost comedy, to extremely dark, intense and terrifying scenes. Spectacular!
Yep, I was glad to see him, he would've been a great addition to the show, then he was gone. Maybe he isn't dead...but probably is. They never checked to see if he was dead.
@@unofficialbeautyqueen6624 It is streaming on Netflix, Fubotv, and on Pluto TV. On Direct TV it is channel 254 it is also on demand (1254). Also, you may be able to find clips of it on RU-vid.
Gabriel really did Mays dity. Remember back in season 5 how much of coward he was. But slowing become more brave and a strong fighter. Now Gabriel is a complete badass and one of my favorite characters in show now.
@Jesse Williams That's my biggest problem with this episode. Gabriel kills Mays because he killed his family,as if he's in a moral position to judge. Gabriel let his entire congregation die, but he has a community that accepts him regardless? WTF
@@tabbypappy I understand the fact that not allowing someone like Mays to continue living because of what he’s done. But seriously, Gabriel has no right to judge him. Yeah what mays did was fucked up, and his brother was a big part of the reason why, cuz he screwed him over. I’m not saying that he’s justified in doing that to him (locking him up and causing his family death by proving a point) but you really can’t blame him for his loss of sanity. Though my big issue about it is how Gabriel was saying “We can help you. We fix people like you. You aren’t evil, you’re just broken.” And talked about how he and Aaron weren’t the bad guys, they weren’t evil. Only for Gabriel to go ahead and prove his point by bashing his head in and killing him. So ultimately, it’s ironic really. Mays came up with the idea to expose the evilness in people (his brother for what he did, and rightfully, because he shot his wife instead of himself, and his daughter shot herself) So really neither one were in the right (freaking heart breaking really) but idk. Gabriel crossed a line man. It was hypocritical of him to do that. Though honestly I might be biased cuz I really like Mays character in this. Amazing acting from Patrick.
@@codywoodvine9724 I thought Gabriel was doing the "we can fix you" spiel to disarm Mays long enough to be able to kill him. He was all about self preservation when he let his congregation die and he still is. I think he justifies it because he's technically protecting his family and not himself alone so he doesn't feel guilty about it.
Such an intense, dark and terrifying episode with a combination of realism, humour madness and reflection. The Russian Roulette scene literally blew me away and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. From the moment Robert Patrick steps into frame, he's an arresting figure to watch. He was phenomenal as Mays.
I don't blame Gabriel whatsoever on how he did Mays, because after everything with The Whisperers and how Dante and even Alpha assimilated into the communities to carry out their heinous plans, I wouldn't trust ANYONE to bring into the fold, especially someone who likes to make people play Russian Roulette for his own sick amusement and testiment to how shitty people are now. Yeah, I know it's messed up but the war JUST ended so you can't blame Gabe or anyone too much for being this savage and untrusting. Such a powerful episode. Great compilation as always Skybound!
It was mainly the part that he said he could hear them talking all night that caused him the concern, but yes the game of Russian roulette didn’t help either.
@theIronwolf1984 I understand what you're saying, but the brother killed himself, rather than leaving his family to the mercy of a madman. Mays said that he turned on his brother because the brother was stealing "his food", which means that he had a stash he wasn't sharing with - at the very least - the child. I think the brother did the right thing by killing his wife & child, then waited for the first opportunity (obviously not given to him by Mays) to kill himself. And he did, the first chance he got.
@theIronwolf1984 I'm not saying that Mays didn't have reason for believing that people are essentially evil - he has a right to feel that way, with all the evidence that he's witnessed. But, the same can be said for each and every person whose lived up till this point in the apocalypse. Mays making a "game" of Russian roulette to prove a point, makes him sick, IMO, and he deserved to die. The brother might have been selfish too, but since it's only Mays' word on it, I err on the side of...he did the right thing... rather than leaving his family alone with Mays. I think "distrust" is the optimum word choice here, in these bonus episodes, so far. How much do you trust new people, who appear crazy on first observation. Aaron & Gabe (and the others of our group) know each other well, and can trust each other. It cannot be said for new people who come at them on first meet and threaten their lives. Sorry, but I agree with Gabe. The man couldn't come along, or couldn't be left behind to torture more people. Also, Aaron made the choice to pull the trigger, knowing he would die & not see Gracie again, because he knew the good people he would be leaving her with. The same cannot be said for Mays & his brother and his brother's family. He knew that Gabe would be able to take care of himself, if he survives Mays, and he knew that Gracie would be in the best of hands to care for her. Mays' brother didn't have that option. I truly understand what you're saying, tho. It's hard judging someone who have survived for so long. And the choices these people have to make to stay alive are brutal. I feel a bit sorry for Mays, but the man couldn't come with them.
@@unofficialbeautyqueen6624 jus use netflix when the episodes do (update) come out lmfao. it’s only about 15$-25$ lol, otherwise, just amc on cable tv. 😭🧍🏻♀️
It was fun to see how everyone was split on whether to kill Mays or not. I was like 14:01 Thank you! This might be Father G’s greatest contribution to Alexandria-not bringing this psycho commando anywhere near Judith, Gracie, Cocoa, or RJ🥺
1:41 Wait isn't that what Lori said at the highway? 5:07 THAT'S WHAT I SAID! I like how a lot of people don't want em to go to the water tower...We all know what's coming. Maybe.
By far in my top 5 of best episodes. It has it all!! The acting was great, story line great, amazing walkers, all around amazing episode. A 10 for sure.
First..Enid was the first to use an egg timer in S5 or 6. As for this episode...Even an old T1000 is no match for Father G-Man!! Seriously though, Father G was spot on right about Mays. Remember when Rick wiped out not only the "I hear Nebraska's nice" guys, but when he and Morgan promised those escaped Saviors he'd take them into their community, then immediately wiped them all out? Some of those Saviors were redeemable, but Mayes wasn't. I think he made all those other skeletons Gabe and Aaron saw, play roulette too. Father G is the man!
Mays didn't kill his brothers family, his brother did playing the game. He chose to shoot his family rather than himself. Mays went nuts because his brother sent him that way in the first place. Don't forget that Mays said he came at him with a knife. His twin instigated all of it.
I laughed when the "Oh, Lord" came out too 🤣. This is the closest to a barbecue they are going to get. Those hickory smoked ribs were delicious 😋 I bet. OLD 📖 TESTAMENT. FACTS First Book of "Hell No" :Chapter "You Got To Go"
This is the reality of the post-apoc. When all the easy pickings have been taken and used up, all that's left is the shit people lost or didn't want. Alexandria picked its surroundings clean. The Whisperers destroyed their supplies. Now they have to push further outward, risking being cut off and separated, or die. They should really get a boat. Go fishing again.
Fun fact: Aaron would’ve died if he pulled the trigger. He escaped death when Mays stopped him. When Mays’ brother takes the gun and pulls the trigger, it kills him. Meaning Aaron would’ve shot him self I’m the head.
It's like... it's like.... if the revolver didn't make a different sound and the show gave away that the next one was the real shot... and that's why Mays stopped him on that one shot coincidentally...
5 STARS! Thought it was a boring episode but gained intel. Then today, I watched SKYBOUNDS fan reactions. FKN A! Editing brilliant, hilarious & shady! 💛 You brought me back to focus, SEE how we inspire each other? ps very grateful most are not into the roulette game.🕳
Maze killed every family in the episode... The burnt ones... The ones on the roof... They were just like his brothers family... With a walker tied up feet from the dead family... Like his brother... And the families in the cars... He shot them too...
I get what Mays or his brother did was fucked up, I kinda forgot who it was, but after what Gabriel said to Mays about being a good person and trying to escape from the darkness, Gabriel killing Mays was uncalled for because this is the same thing Rick did in Season 8 when they teamed up with the Saviors to kill a horde of Walkers and then kills them afterwards. I mean they both kind of said you have my word, but double crossing is totally unacceptable.
Harpo, who dis inspiration? "It's gone rain on your head" @ 4:34 Color Purple reference. @ 5:06😌🤣 "Don't open! Dead inside!" Itinerary: Extract useful properties an retreat. (In my Eugene voice)
Watch this for 10 seasons a person can learn so much. For example the person really should feared isn't the walkers, or the whisperers is really the person who so lost in reality that person make Rambo [ from 1st blood ] look like a Preacher.
So they showed how Gabriel died in the comics here, so either he's dying some other way, not at all, or its Aaron whose getting his leg broke and guts cut out
