thanks hironobu sakaguchi, nobuo uematsu, both of you make my childhood awesome, now i have grown up its my turn to give a proper thanks by buying this game
@@brandonstinson4988 They are not. Menu based input isn’t turn based necessarily. ATB is NOT turn based. The only turn based FFs are 1-3 and 10. period.
@@FelixS. "Turn-based games are games where players take turns, instead of playing simultaneously like in real-time strategy games." It doesn't matter if ATB is used or not they are all turn based and the ATB system made things more strategic, interesting, and fun.
i gotta say since they just filmed diorama’s for the backgrounds you’d think they’d use the extra processing power to really make the characters look good but instead they look like leftover models from 2 generations ago. hopefully the games fun though, that’s the most important thing.
they really should just straight up shamelessly use the names and titles "The Father of FINAL FANTASY, Hironobu Sakaguchi" and "master composer Nobuo Uematsu" on their marketing materials, front, center and massive. not everyone knows that the og fantasian is from the og ff masters. they should do it in a way that it feels like they are celebrating the two masters and not just promoting a normal game. treat it like a pseudo homecoming(i know its not really a homecoming, but it is the closest we got since mr sakaguchi left). if not as a fiesta type celebration, at the least like a show of respect for the two.
Awesome!!!!!! Really excited for this. Their classic style original games are good, i liked bravely default a lot (I mean those aren’t exactly brand new but I just played bravely default 2 and that was my entry into the series.)
The gameplay is unique and challenging, requiring extensive farming to defeat bosses. While the story is somewhat lackluster, with characters seemingly just following the plot without strong motivations to save the world, the protagonist's amnesia feels like a convenient storytelling device.
And this is how I know the game isnt for me. It looks really neat, but I don't generally enjoy grinding, and if the story is lackluster, which is really the main thing I care about... Eh, it just doesn't seem worth it.
You don’t need to grind or farm to beat bosses, they all have strategies you can (and seriously should) use against them. Anyway, this release has an easy mode.
@@hylje You need to farm materials to upgrade your weapons and level up to earn SP for skill upgrades. Some bosses require specific skills to be defeated. While you can reset skill points, certain skills require a lot of SP. Additionally, you need to farm for Funi to acquire stones that resist negative statuses.
I've been waiting for Fantasian Neo Dimension since june 18 Nintendo Direct and FINALLY it got a Relase Date trailer for december and it's coming for Xbox Series X/S and PC TODAY WOW, but can't wait for it's coming for PS5/PS4 and Nintendo Switch even PS4 and Switch and I LOVE hoe this game looks like Final Fantasy X Bravely Default and characters are beautiful defienitily I like the main protagonist is named by Leo as I am! 😮❤
SE, please remake FF8! I don't even care if it would be a huge commercial success, there are so many FF8 fans out there, they would probably crowd fund it. I know I would pitch in if it was confirmed.
I’m hoping they made the landscape and background more of a seamless transition. I love their idea of using actual dioramas, but the transitions were somewhat awkward on Apple Arcade with the latest iPhones…
I love Square since i was a kid but i gotta keep it real 💯 Metaphor and Threads of Time is about THE GREATEST RPG GAMES IVE SEEN SINCE PERSONA 5 and Square doesn't get it together and bring CHRONO TRIGGER AND VAGRANT STORY BACK yall gonna lose this battle become a thing of the past. Because Atlus killing it and Vanillaware is back so.... Good luck with that.
Mr. Sakaguchi please come back to Final Fantasy and save the franchise! Final Fantasy XV was horrible and XVI history was cool but looked like a Devil May Cry Final Fantasy edition
“Save the franchise” lol Sakaguchi loved both XV and XVI 😂🤣 And plays XIV religiously. Literally the team that make XIV and made XVI are producing THIS for him. He has NEVER believed FF has to be turn-based combat. It’s about crystals, summons, Cid, Warriors of Light, Chocobos…
@@MattAndre24 ARE YOU SURE? XV and XVI looks like so different and lame compared to his MASTERPIECES. And i'm not talking about turn-based but the overall content.
@@JogadorLevel99 Yes, Sakaguchi literally plays XIV and XVI and this Fantasian port is published by Creative Studio III, the studio behind XIV and XVI.
@@JogadorLevel99 Also, “his” masterpieces? HIS? VI, VII, and VIII were directed (LED) by Yoshinori Kitase, NOT Sakaguchi. Motomu Toriyama directed X, NOT Sakaguchi. He barely even CO-directed IX! Hiroyuki Ito did the majority of the lead direction work of IX.
You are on THIN ICE, Square Enix! The MOMENT I see ONE HINT of wokeness in this, I'm NOT BUYING! It costs MYR200+ in my country, not exactly something a low income peasant can buy on day one anyway.
Square Enix DID NOT DEVELOP SLEEPING DOGS. They PUBLISHED it. For United Front Games, a developer that went defunct in, like, 2016. Also, the majority of Western IPs SE sold off to Embracer Group. Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, Sleeping Dogs, Thief.. Whole bunch are all Embracer’s now.
Better than Final Fantasy the last 24 yrs and its a mobile game being sold for $50 i never thought i’d see the day where Mobile titles would be greater than console titles but here we are in 2024 about to drop money on a mobile game
You wish it was just that. It's a full jRPG, unlike the games that deliver a poor first version and sell "episodes" to expand. You got 45-60 hours of gameplay, totally worth for RPG fans 😊
