What a point at 1:28:00 into the match. Whitey called his ball, then his partner crossed over and was rewarded with the putaway. This was also set point to level the match!
Mike - your videos are fantastic. I bought the QM 1 which has been a game changer for my videos; however, they still don't even come close to yours in quality. Curious if you could share how you center the near side baseline and the far side horizon. Its perfect here. Also, what camera and settings are you using? I'm guessing GoPro at 1080 P at 60 fps. This is a fantastic production and I can almost feel the Florida humidity all the way up here in Indiana. Thanks!
Hi Barb, thanks for the good word. I've been using a Muvi K-1 which they don't make anymore, unfortunately. Same as a GoPro though. How do I center it?? Well, I just put the camera bracket about 1/16 inch past the dot on the white block and it turns out perfect every time. It's been years since I ever checked before starting the recording. The action cameras have a pretty wide field of view so it's hard to go wrong. :)
THE TOUCH RULE IS FAIRLY CLEAR. ONCE THE POINT IS OVER, TOUCHING THE NET IS ALLOWED. THE RULES SAY TWO BOUNCES, BUT OVER THE FENCE IS EQUIVALENT. THE BALL IS NO LONGER IN PLAY.
So if I can reach over a 3' fence and retrieve the ball back into play, it's still considered out and I lose the point because it's considered out of play??
