depends on your grip style. I had trouble with this at the start since I use fingertip grip and the comfort grooves were too deep for me. This is more suited for claw since it has a nice back hump too.

I have not tried the viper mini..your experience is pretty weird since the Viper mini received so much praise..even RJN put it in his top mice along with the G102..If you experience the "wobbly" feeling on the sensor when making micro-adjustments, it's probably a faulty sensor issue or your mousepad not jiving with it

They're probably Huano white or red dots coz they feel the same as the buttons on the i309 pro which I have already opened before.

Yep. They both have. I just like the Panther more because the shape fits my hand and grip style. But both of them are good picks. They just cater to different grip styles.

never mind it does work, I just had to push the cable deeper to get the wired mode turned on.

yeah you have to make sure it's snugly fit. It's not really necessary to turn off the mouse when you plug in the cable. The only event you'll want to use the cable anyway is when you want the mouse to charge while you're using it. And recalling from my past experience, it goes automatically on wired mode when you plug it in. Though I can't really say for certain as I don't have this mouse anymore. I'm using an XD5 now as my main :)

@@KonzTech Ty for the reply. Yeah XD5 is the superior model with a better sensor(never gv it a try though). But I like symmetrical mice more than ergonomic one's since I play fps and do F.T grip so XD3 is my choice. But I would love a zowie fk2 clone with same feature's as xd3 from Fantech,. That shape suits me more and I always liked such low profile gaming mice with low height.

yeah Ambi seems to be the best for F.T. The only ergo I can think of that would be good for FT would be the Keris since it's really small and low profile. I personally enjoyed the time I was using that mouse. Going back to Fantech...From what I heard, they're gonna keep this up and would release a new "XD" line next year. Hopefully the next one's an ambi

@@KonzTech What's special about the Zowie fk2 shape(or any mouse made with similar shape principals) is it never seem to fatigue my hands even after intense 6-7 hours of fps gaming. Benq/Zowie really is the god of mouse shapes.

It's good for the price. Keris wireless is twice the price of this one. If you have the money, Keris is a good end-game pick since it has a much more premium feel and build and hotswappable switches. Also note, your grip style may influence your choice too. The Helios is more suited for claw/secured palm while the Keris is more suited for fingertip/relaxed palm. Hand size would be 15-20cm length recommended for both.

Really depends on your grip style and preference. I suggest checking out individual reviews of those mice. I don't have all 3 so can't make a comparison and I prefer the i309pro shape over the Helios XD3 because it suits my fingertip/relaxed palm grip style.

I already sold this one to secure funds for my next review. The current owner is still using it as his main mouse for playing valorant

It is yes. Like I said he is still using it with no issues. The ultra cheap mice from Fantech have low quality but so far the Helios looks pretty ok for me.

@@flyingsaucers1332 Wow, it's really been 5 months since I've owned it huh? Honestly speaking, it's been a great mouse! My experience with it has been excellent and it has never failed me in the midst of a game or just any casual browsing.. It's very consistent and never had any issues, I've never found myself complaining abt the mouse or blaming the mouse due to a bad play in games. The battery life has been great too.. On a full charge, I can get a full week of use(on an average of 8 hours a day) before I need to charge it back.. Note that you can still use the mouse even when it's charging! And ofc the battery life may vary depending on your usage, and the charging speed is average, I wish it could've been a bit faster but I'm just nit-picking. If you're not fond of the wireless connection, you can use it as a wired mouse with the included type-c to usb cable. I personally turn off the RGB when I use it, unless I feel a bit fancy that time.. it's because when I play games, the rgb will most likely to be covered by my palm and I won't be able to see it.. so I might as well just turn it off. As for the switches, I have no complaints as well! It's very clicky and very satisfying sounding.. and it's very consistent with the clicks! I'm sorry for the ramble, but this is my experience with the mouse.. I'm very happy with my purchase! I bought the white one, and if you're planning to get the white one, watch out as it may pick up dirt here and there.. But don't worry, you'll be able to clean it with quick wipe and you're set! Though I'm not sure if the black one have this problem too.

I believe you can. It still outputs 5v anyway..the wattage just tells how fast it can feed power to the mouse..and I think that's just about the same wattage a computer USB port outputs

Hmmm yeah I just realized that. Well, the S2 was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this since it reminded me of their Divina haha. And yeah..Fantech mice are sturdy AF. I have a friend still using his x9 thor for years now. Thanks for dropping by :)

@@KonzTech I am using an x9 thor. Looking for un upgrade, not because It broke down or anything, but I can shell out some cash for a decent gaming mice! Good thing they are still out of stock, I might have bought them in a heart beat, i'm still exploring more options and currently waiting for the release of Rakk Talan. Hope you can review it when it comes out!

@Cyrrus Garcia Yeah..I'm also waiting for the Talan. That's a good decision, I feel more wireless mice will come out this year. And really, I wish this pandemic ends..I miss the days when I can visit stores to try out their mice on display. It just gives me a better shot of finding a shape that suits me.

it's not adjustable..I've tried a couple of mice with 3335/3338 and the manufacturers seem to lock the LOD although the specs in pixart says it is 1-2mm..I am yet to find a wireless mouse with a built-in battery that has an even weight distribution. I guess it's just what you get for a mouse this cheap. I've seen reviews of the UX3 and it seems to be more well rounded and lighter..though it's a wired one so that's it

No..not at all..2.4ghz connection has been always a reliable choice for wireless connection

Haven't tried the RVM. I think it's hard to compare them since they have different sizes and the other is wireless. RVM is good though for budget seekers and Helios is a great choice for those looking for a decent wireless mouse.

The feet are good. Side buttons are ok. I prefer the i303, Quasar/i309 and G102 side buttons than this one.

If you mash the buttons a lot, the huanos may feel heavy for you..I recommend getting those with kaihl switches or omron(although they are prone to double clicks)

@@georgepierre3594 oh yeah they released a v2 of this one. I have an xd5 with kaihl 8.0s and they click really nice. I play a lot of Dota 2 lately and it has been my mouse for a while until I picked up a G304 which I will be reviewing soon :)

Have not tried cordura pads..but if you tried a 3389 and works on your cordura pad then this should work as well..they use the same tech

@@KonzTech has a deluxe m800 video with 3335 sensor, having problems with cordura surface

@@KonzTech so everything indicates the problem is in the low sensor lod, on that surface

@@0Matheus37 I see..That's weird..I have folks in my group using cordura pads with a 3389 and they're fine..This has a 1mm LOD and unfortunately, it's not adjustable.. though pixart claims the 3335 has a 1-2mm LOD

You're welcome. Well pwnage makes good mice as well. They just command higher price tags due to production costs or popularity I guess. The Helios XD3 has all the essentials needed for a great wireless mouse..just doesn't have those extra flairs like the mainstream ones.

If I have the money then the Gpro is still a good pick. Otherwise, this is a decent budget alternative

I see. This should be nice enough for you. It's not as light as the Gpro superlight but it's light as an S2 and wireless

rougly around 1.5hrs if you charge it while being used. About an 1hour if left just charging

Sorry can't exactly remember. I already sold this mouse a couple of months ago to secure funds for the next video. I often just check the software and unplug it when it's at 100%. New batteries that come with wireless mice/keyboards these days don't really suffer from issues of being plugged in forever. I sometimes leave mine plugged in the whole day since I don't turn off my PC.

I prefer the Quasar because the shape fits my grip style(Relaxed palm/fingertip). Otherwise, xd3 is a great mouse if you love the s2 shape or prefer mice with deep comfort grooves on both sides and a back hump..usually claw grip users enjoy this shape.

ayos lng nmn. Na-try ko isaksak xa sa likod ng PC so walang direct line of sight ung dongle s mouse pero di nmn affected ung performance. Although meron din kc akong USB hub s desk. Most of the time dun ko sinasaksak ung mga dongle ko para mas malapit cla sa mga devices.

mejo malapit ndin ung shape ng helios/s2/talan sa g-pro wireless..ung hump lng cguro sa likod mejo iba pero kung relaxed palm/fingertip ka mas ok tlaga ung hindi aggressive ung hump and low profile lng ung mouse..magugustuhan mo siguro viper mini,g102/g304/i303pro or ung quasar since gnyn ung grip style mo..ako kasi nagustuhan ko ung i309 pro ko..though di ko tlaga marerecommend ung i309 pro kasi cheap ung feel and skates..minod ko pa ung aken pra lng gumanda..feeling ko mas ok ung quasar

Specs and build quality wise xd3 wins it. But for my personal preference, I went with the i309 since its shape well suites my relaxed fingertip/palm grip, though I customized my i309 since it lacks a couple of things which I am looking for. You can view the video in the channel :)

the xd3 much like the i309 is ideal for small to medium hands permitted you enjoy palm/claw grip since it has comfort grooves and a nice hump at the back for palm support. The i309 is good for its price but I think it lacks luster compared to the XD3. I just really went with the i309 because I found the shape ideal for my grip..but yeah it really lacks a lot compared to the xd3 in terms of build, feel, glide - that's why I modded mine. I suggest you checkout the review for the i309 in this channel for you to have an informed decision. It all boils down to your budget, preference and grip/handsize.
