I got my two cavalier from a site called hobbly. I was so lucky to come across two different amazing breeders. Benny my Blenheim pup shed a lot but my tri-color Zoey didn’t so much. Her hair is more soft and curly. Benny hair is short and straight. They both are pure breed but hair texture differs.
I love your videos, super cute! I had a Ruby named Lady Isabella Von Craig, her call name was Izzy. She did shed, I managed it well with regular grooming, she usually went to the spa twice a month or so, which she absolutely loved.
I have no idea how do people own cavs and have jobs at the same time. I recently moved out and I'm applying for a job and also me and my boyfriend are ready for a puppy, but with both of us working how is that dog supposed to function... And I live in a country where dog-walkers and doggy daycares are not as popular, setting aside the fact that I don't trust random people with my pets... A really hard topic for me
hi :) i just had a question about being away from the puppy. i go to school from 7:20am to 1:50 pm but my mom stays home all day working. we’re thinking about getting one for me and i’d spend the time i have at home with the puppy of course, but do you think if i got one and had them stay with my mom while i’m at school it would it get attached to my mom? because i want it to know that i’m their owner and but don’t want it to be alone if it doesn’t have to be. thank you 💓
Hmm I'm really sure, because it really depends on your dog. Since your not gone all day maybe not? The reason I'm not sure is because I'm home all day with Slater and my boyfriend works ... and Slater defiantly favorites him over me hahaha.
Theirs a cav raw feeding Facebook group with both doctors. Also a cav health one they are both involved in. I highly reccomend those groups. So much info ready to read and an active community in both. I've found them very helpful
i work 5 hours in the afternoon two days a week and 7.5 hours starting in the morning roughly every other saturday. i plan to pay a family member to walk the dog halfway through the saturdays. are those times too long to leave a cavalier alone? most of the time someone is home upstairs but i live in the downstairs apartment and its unlikely she will be allowed in the rest of the house without my supervision. my plan was to find a show she likes on netflix and leave it on until it stops itself whenever i leave so she wont get sad
Oh my gosh, I just am in LOVE with Slater! His ears and everything are so cute and long. I love Cavaliers, I actually have one of my own right now. She is four months old!
