Far Cry Imagined in Unreal Engine 5
In the video, we have made a demo based on the Far Cry to show how this game will be in Unreal Engine 5. Note that this is only a technical demo and is different from a playable game
This Demo is Run on rtx 4090 with 4K dynamic resolution and 60 FPS, the high details of textured, the number of environment objects and lumens made it difficult to run it on this graphic card.
As always, we used the latest Unreal Engine features in this project, including Lumen, Nanite, High Resolution Reflection and more, hope you enjoy!
⭕️ This video is made by a fan with limited facilities and not going to be a game, it's just a recreation of how fans imagine the possible game

Every thing about farcry 3 was amazing Story, music, the scene, ambiance, the weapon system, the skill system, the way it felt like you were actually stranded in an island and felt like Rambo fighting off crazy pirates , that my friends was everything

@@heramann6916 well yes and no, they need to run smooth on high fps but that doesnt not mean that ue5 games couldnt look like it because unreal engine isnt the big Problem there its the Hardware, ue5 will be used in the future as well. So in a few years the better Hardware combined with more and more optemisation for Nanite/Lumen/rtx etc. It could be possible. Its just a matter of time.

Pretty cool, but the LOD flickering of the fog really take away from the realism. Seeing it appear and disappear in view really has a damping effect on what is any otherwise really neat-looking environment. I'd be curious to get closer to some of that foliage and see if you're utilizing nanite on it on how it translates with the assets you're using.

What's ironic is out of all these UE5 demos I said to myself Ubisoft will be the first to pull this off and probably Far Cry will show it off. Not because they are a super dev or something but because thier worlds are always built as such and UE5 would really bring them to life. I'd buy it just to RP being a gorilla fighter trekking through the jungle. The next open world Assassin's Creed would look great to. Sure they have tried to go back to the old formula q but with mirage but I guarantee their will be another Origins inspired AC.
