I was at Mardale Head last week (not put the video up yet) and we started on Mardale Ill Bell and up onto High Street to do 6 summits but I want to come back and do the two you did, with the addition of Hearter Fell, I have not done those yet. It did look a slog the path you took so I may go up the way we went last week, which 'seemed' much better and thankfully our conditions were better, look tough walking for you. Liked the look of the walk over the two summits, despite the boggy walking but that wind and rain really came in for you, I must remember that shelter on the way down too but think I will leave it till we get a nice crisp, frosty day, cheers Alan.

Thanks for watching Alan. Yeah it wasn’t the best for weather… but was still happy to get out. You will want clear weather for Harter fell as the view back across haweswater is brilliant.

Loads! I’m trying to complete them in their books to make me feel like I’m achieving something. Currently 25/33 in the Far Eastern Fells. There are 214 total… going to be a long series

@@Simonjburgess wow in the books is there any info on how/when the walks were created. I'm always curious about the peak markers and just imagine how they would have put them in in such a remote place.

@@BramskiVlogs this series of walks were written by a writer and rambler called Alfred Wainwright. There are so many more fells then the ones he choose but they are just his favourites
