Brilliant video yet again. So amassing up there with its beautiful beaches and warm climate. Loved watching the video- fantastic shots and editing Mike. It was definitely inspiring us to return to the North. We've been in our caravan full time 3 years and we have the same scratch map... it's now very hard to scratch! 😅 We also use pita breads if we haven't shopped for a few days 😂 our favourite is to make pizzas and cook them under the grill of our oven 😁 Happy travelling ❤

Another great video, thanks Mike and the team. Especially like the drone shots, as mine is just for fishing and doesn't have a camera. Makes me wish we'd done more of this when our kids were little, but at least I now have the opportunity to do some exploring with the grandkids (looking forward to Christchurch to East Cape in September). Absolutely hands down my favourite video. It was really fun to watch this one in and round my home land. Spirits bay doesn’t look like it has changed much since I was a kid in the 70’s. My husband and I discovered your Channel a couple of weeks ago and since then we can’t get enough. We enjoy watching your children playing exploring and learning life skills and just having fun being kids in the best country in the world for kids. And all the scenic places, the walks and the lowdown on the free camps. Did you take a look at Houhora Heads near Pukenui while you were there? ❤

Wow guys what an awesome video, we were so engrossed in it that it did not seem 40 mins long. Your best vid yet. We were following along on our map to see exactly where you went. It was good to see what sites were dog friendly - looks like Holli Dog will need to go on holiday when we venture North - hopefully in October!!! What a fantastic life for the kids - a childhood right out of the 70s esp driving on the back of the ute. Great fishing Toby!! It's great following along with you all. We also have a map (ours is online though). Over the last two years we have covered top to bottom having just been to Bluff. The only spot left for us is the Abel Tasman region which we are doing in the next few weeks. This country of ours never fails to disappoint! ps... aren't those sand dunes insane!! I was blown away by the sheer size of them.

Another great video. It's great seeing the family enjoying the country. The far north is a special place and you found a few great places. You missed the best pies in the far north imho, at the Container Cafe, on the edge of Pukenui. Outstanding pies, friendly staff, beautiful place.

Doesn't that last dairy really let you know you are going to the lands end and something very special 👍

Tapotupotu Bay is my favorite named place, im guna have to live there just so i can say it every day lol, north is so interesting , just looking on some maps its so epic!! u and soph r seriously the greatest parents!!!! new zealand could be the best place on earth ,, how amazing! weve got some massive sand dunes here too! even more amazing how they formed,, dude they were flying down that dune hahaha such an epic vid!!! cant wait for the next 1!!!!! see yah soon!

Love the long episode guys, did such a good job with your editing Mike. Lots of awesome spots for us to look forward to. Do you do milk powder? We use it as a back up at least just for our morning coffees haha, we too have run out of milk, and bread a few times on the road
