My brother who graduated high school in 1975 bought a short 1977 Chevy panel van and customized it. He used to have a sticker on his window that said, “don’t laugh your daughter may be in here.” Loved that old van. He let me drive it a few times. Pretty cool.
I love my old Dodge van, I'll sleep outside in the van sometimes just because it's so comfy and cozy. Nice big futon mattress and tons of pillows, sharing a bbq steak and potato with my canine companion Edward longshanks, campfire, some cocktails and good tunes, what more does one need?
I had a CJ-5 that kept breaking the U-joints in the rear drive shaft. I always had a 12-point box wrench in the glove box, to crawl under and remove it to get back on the road again. (no jack needed) In 4WD, the front drive shaft was squirrelly as hell to drive but it got the job done.
Viva Estados Unidos es el único país a donde hacen grandes shows y eventos de carros clásicos pickup van custom y carros SPORT. I Love to United Estates of North américa for every body people.
Louvers over the windows and a ladder on the pass side rear door. A visor over the windshield and a matching chin spoiler under the front bumper. Then, it'd be complete.
I have a plain Chevyvan20 and I couldn’t find any other van that looked like it and this was the closest. Big sliding door, both back doors with the weird opening windows, and that one small back window (mine is a different shape though)
I saw one the other day! I'll try to get a pic, it was solid sides with a sliding door, Chevy20 I'm not sure the year, for sale on the side of the road near a friend's house. I appreciate you commenting - SAM
samspace81 Oh cool, yea. Mine has a screened window on the back of the drivers side though. It also has blinds 🤔. And then it has those weird pentagon windows. I want to convert it into an off grid motor home but it’s too small and I’m not even sure if it’ll ever work again (the engine and everything is taken apart)
Me either! I always through huge city and traffic. Yes New York city is like that. I drove up there on a wild hair, had never been to the state. Beautiful village. Upstate NY is relaxing and very nice. Appreciate you watching - SAM
