FarCry 1 Any% speedrun in  

I remember spending hours going of the beaten path and exploring the island in this game, there were no invisible walls or stuff like that. The world was empty but that didnt matter to a child, I was just happy I could do it.

First game I ever played on my pc. Also the first game to set it on fire. Great nostalgia

Another day waiting for Ubi to realize that a remake of FC1 would be profitable - Todays graphics - Old fans joining in for nostalgia, new fans realizing that this game exists - More weapons, better gameplay, maybe slighlty more open island with side quests - Story improvements(Without removing the key elements) - Characters better fleshed out, some development - Choices, multiple endings(Val turning into a monster, Jack gaining mutagenic powers in the final stretch of the game, Jackal ending?) - Turn the game into a survival horror fps when trigens appear - Dont change the music(a remix of the menu theme song would be dope tho) Dont mind me, just posting a wishlist of something that will probably never happen

I completed this game when I was a kid. There was some creepy mission with strange alien like creatures inside, thats when I stopped playing because of the fear from these things. Luckily tried it again later when I was a little bit older and finished it. What a game

All the hallmarks of a great speedrun: out of bounds movement, T-posing enemies, overlapping dialogue and of course awesome gameplay. Great work!

Game of my childhood,i didnt even know the name of it back then. Found it couple of years back by accident and damn did nostalgia hit me. I remember having fun,having trouble understanding the missions,going to youtube and following the video. I even remember that i quit the game when i first saw the headless monster in a vent,i got so scared i never finished the game. Good to see people still play this. Great video.

Maybe it's better not to say sorry for a blurry video but to have the one unblurried instead ? The run is pretty solid though there are multiple moments where it can be performed without time loss.

I'm currently trying to beat far cry on max difficulty and I rage quitted on the part where the girl drives the car. Cars are fine but It's just impossible to beat humans in the camp. Do they not spawn or something if you turn away from them? That's what it looked like in speedrun
