Been with your journey since Smiling Dog Earthship when the building materials were old tires. I imagine you still have quite a few of them. I met you once with a special delivery from the store in Terlingua. At least your home comfort will be enhanced in Michigan where a fireplace can warm you in the winter and fruits and vegetables will be easy to grow in season without trying to artificially cool the garden in summer. Sometimes cashing in is the thing to do especially when the market is at an all time ridiculous high. Real estate was close to this hoot in the seventies but not like the past year. Don't miss this window for a few tens of thousand dollars, regardless of the agent or your own hopes. I would do a comprehensive walk through video as soon as possible.
Wow, I've been watching you for the last 7 years and I've learned so much. I know life happens fast and understand your decision. I wish I was financially able, id buy the ranch myself so i could carry on the memories. God speed mr. Earl I wish you the best, thanks for the content, knowledge and memories.
... getting "older" and still wanting to do all the things, is definitely frustrating.. wishing you and yours all the best in y'all's next chapter of your life ☮️&🌱's
The sadness of life. Man Earl I regret not visiting sooner. I wish you and your wife well and a smooth transition in life. You guys enjoy your retirement and make it as long as possible. God bless you two. ❤️
A corporation bought it and installed a pair of 30-somethings to "run" it. Their reputation indicates they may ransack it instead. I don't look for it to be operational by Fall.
I wish you the best in your retirement. I ve been watching you since the beginning, and I bought land down there and Patti and I even visited with you. Sorry you didn't get to finish. I have a lot to do and I hope I can get it done before I'm too old also. But you can follow us on this channel if you like. Bless you and thank you for all the info packed videos. They will impact many people's thoughts and add to their knowledge, so you should be proud of that.
We decided to do more videos after all. Being on-grid now gives us more opportunity to effect change on those also on-grid, some 95% of the US population. Watch for more!!!
I'm gonna miss hearing from ya. I'm eating more fresh vegetables in my daily life and less processed food from watching your videos over the years. I woulda liked to make it out there to West TX to stay at your campground, but the virus the last few years really limited my travels. I'm glad to hear your planning on getting on a small boat and doing sum fishing. You certainly wont have to worry about enough water there in MI.
Question I have been meaning to ask you for a long time on "Your Secret Chicken Feed Mix": Is it just the grains, are there any additives? Thank you for the education. You are going to be missed. Enjoy your retirement. "Hoping All The Best" for you and you wife! Have fun
I grew up in Michigan. My Mother and I walked the Mackinaw Bridge on it's opening day with Governor G. Mennen "Soapy" Williams. He even carried me for a bit. Vacationed at Blaney Park from the 1940's, long before there was a bridge. I know Michigan.
Robert I totally understand how u are feeling, Im 47 with body of 67 with all my arthritis and other things, I will miss u friend. So srry to see u go, but things do happen in life. are u going to leave all your current videos up on here so as we can go back and enjoy again over and over. Thx again Robert and Debbie. 💯👀😢😢😭😭😢😢
I may do a few others, but not now. Aren't there enough people doing fishing videos? Do they really need an old timer like me that fishing from the gut and not electronics? My favorite "fish story" does not involve fish at all. In the '80's, I used to fish on Lake Conroe on Sundays. Often times my companions, in another boat full of electronics, were Charlie Thomas (billionaire mega-car dealer and "Spanky" McFarland... yes, THE Spanky McFarlend of the "Little Rascals" I outfished them regularly and Spanky (a very profane guy) used to call me: "That F---ing Redhead!"
Retiring to Maine is just wonderful, I have lived there some years and have great memories from wonderful people (friends), places, nature, wild life,.. and lots of water. Wishing you all the best!
Hay thinks for the videos and showing me and my wife around the ranch. That was great. Have a wonderful time this next chapter and safe but not to safe. Have some fun.
Howdy, I went down to teralingua last summer and it was amazing. I stayed with Vance Tomey. I don’t know if you know him. I also meet Rainwater. And I had a great time. I hope you have a great rest of your life and have fun!
Rainwater is a total whack job who now calls himself "Timothy Thor", at least this week. Vance is OK. We are glad to be away from that area that attracts the Nation's crazies AND their guns!
Smart Man! You deserve a quality buyer! The U.P. is super cool, this coming from a wisco kid. Honestly the U.P. should still be property of Wisconsin. Seeing it dont even connect to the main land of Michigan.
Going to the "thumb", not the upper peninsula. Not quite the climate I want up there and Superior is way TOO unpredictable! I was in my small fishing pram one day, looking at the "Pictured Rocks", when a small breeze came up. I headed for the tiny beach I put in from, about five miles away and by the time I got to the beach, I was "surfing" in on top of a 6' wave! Never again!
@@ecoranchusa I want to thank you for opening your doors at the EcoRANCH My son still remembers the time we spent there "preparing Chickens" to be sold. FYI he is currently at west point military school, and although he is a though kid i'll have to break the news softly
I will probably just become one of the old guys that collect somewhere telling the same stories every day to the same guys. I really hope to find people that will play board games with me though.
Check out Dr Stephen Gundry "The Keto Code" he also has a lot of you tube content. You will get your energy back and increase your life span. Good Luck 😃😃
@@ecoranchusa Go for it, Robert! We sold our Rag Canyon Ranch in Cedar Springs back in 2019. We had a great time there since 2006, but the time was right for us to sell, too. Wish that Jan & I could visit y’all at Eco-ranch before you leave to Michigan!
