You can run standard maintenance and cleaning cycles to see if it reduces the issue; also you can make sure your media has no defects. But if you have damage to the printhead, it would require replacement of it.

How do I handle Initializing problem on my HDP5000?

The card should feed between the rollers within the flipper unit. If it is feeding above or below the feed rollers, then there is likely a configuration/calibration or motor issue within the flipping unit. If you have it properly connected (cables and physically) and have powered off/on to reset, then it likely will require professional diagnostics. NOTE: Never do a factory reset under the LDC menu system. This effectively 'bricks' your device and guarantees it will not function correctly in any number of ways. It is not the equivalent of factory reset on your phone or computer. It is something that only a factory trained technician will do under very limited circumstances, followed by a full config/calibration and tuning process.

Print both sides is a function selected in the driver at the time of printing. 1) must have a 2 page card (front side / back side images) and 2) you must select to print to both sides in the driver preferences.

Have you recently done a system cleaning using Fargo 89200 Cleaning Kit?

@@SupportDepartment no not , i just change ribbon and gets this error and card stuck. Then i need to turn it off in order to get cars but again gets same error.

@@zubairimtiaz9549 anytime you are having card feed or print issues, if you haven't recently run a cleaning cycle...you should Be sure you change the cleaning roller that comes with every new roll of ribbon, everytime. And run a cleaning cycle using Fargo 89200 Cleaning kit every 1000 prints, or as necessary.
